All good.

was satisfactory. many upgrades clean and spacious rooms. will need new carpet soon. pool was cool and no hot tub otherwise all was fine. close to many things. shopping / Eateries would stay again.

If you like hotels that have kind, helpful staff, this is NOT the place for you. Check-in time at 3 PM was delayed until 5:15 PM, and not all of the rooms were ready then, either. Staff was not apologetic, and mishandled the situation. No people skills. Property in a rougher area, rooms not super clean. There was apparently a mouse found in the lobby of the hotel. Will never stay again.

The beds were clean. But there was something sticky on the carpet in the room. The tub faucet was corroded and leaking. There was a part of the carpeting that was stapled multiple times to the baseboard and had come away and was hanging off the wall.

The staff member at the breakfast was extremely enjoyable. Always helpful and smiling. The bedroom rug needs changing as it is dirty and worn. But the room was neat and clean. Quite enjoyable.

Hotel was nice to stay at. Building itself is a bit dated but rooms were nice and clean. Was on the road for 7 nights in 4 different hotels and this one had the best bed of all. Really good hot breakfast in the morning

Chambre propre sauf tapis et divan. Chauffage non-fonctionnel et il faisait froid dans la chambre. Bon déjeuner avec serveuse très sympatique.

Nice clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast included, good food in the lounge, nice atmosphere. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby and a Safeway grocery store next door. Very convenient and I recommend that you stay here too.

Rooms spacious and clean, hotel interior is old and could use an upgrade

I found that the property was under renovations. I did not need to use my card in the elevator, so the security did not work. My room was clean. It was a quiet part of the hotel. I did not hear any noise. However housekeeping dis not leave new bottles of water on my second day. Continental breakfast was changed up for the two days I was there. Overall. I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in poor condition- carpets very dirty. Baseboard trim missing in hallways. Room floors were extremely dirty - and the tile entry in the room was so dirty the cloth I used to wipe it was black. The beds and bathroom fixtures were clean- but the floors so bad I never walked around without shoes. If we weren't so tired we would have left. The only consolation is the staff member at check in was excellent. Never will stay here again. Do not recommend

Breakfast was really good and we had supper in lounge upon check-in which was also good But rooms quite small and was travelling with mom who uses a walker. No room to get into bathroom and around door and unable to get walker around first bed Room was otherwise ok. Bit dated and carpet not real clean
