The staff were very nice, especially the lounge staff. Our room was. clean. One thing I will note that has nothing to do with the hotel stay. When we originally booked we called the number on the hotels website. The booking agent stated that it would be 136 per night. It came through as 193 on my credit card so I cancelled immediately. It took /about 3 weeks for me to get my refund and it came in 7 transactions of varying amounts.

Breakfast lady was rude and her attitude towards patrons was unforgivable.She questioned our room key saying it might be a counterfeit card.She and belittled my husband and treated him with no respect. He was made to feel like a criminal.This breakfast lady did the same on a previous visit finally apologizing as we left. Our next visit a few weeks later was no different.Why apologize only to issue the same disregard once more. I want to add also that the breakfast was sadly lacking.The hotel carpets were filthy. Thumbs down on being berated. Next stay somewhere else.

It was a great place. Nice lounge, good food and very affordable.

Stayed twice. Good enough to come back a day later. Breakfast was very good. It had hot dishes, and cereal, yogurt, and other extras. Also had muffins and other sweet items. Room had complimentary bottles of water. Greatly appreciated.

Very friendly staff. We had to have our room keys replaced almost every time we left the room as they would stop working. Very frustrating. The included breakfast was good. Overall good stay for the price and location.

I liked the fact that there were a lot of amenities nearby within walking distance. The pub/restaurant was nice (good food choices) but no tap beer, only bottles. Check in was rather dicey as the card reader wouldn't accept my card although it went through on tap. Weird. There was a man ahead of us having the same difficulty and by the time he got settled and we afterward, it was about half an hour before we got our room key. I also got double charged but staff picked up on it and a refund will be forthcoming. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But... the rooms are clean and for the price, this was a really good deal. I'd recommend.

We were only at the property for one night. It was a place to put my head. Price is alittle high for the age of hotel.

The property was great. Key cards didn’t work had to go get re-keyed . 8:30pm had to wait for front desk staff at least 5mins. Maybe more to get a card keyed. There was no one at the front desk. I called and no answer

Karen the server from the breakfast is doing an awesome job. It’s looks so clean and organized. Like the bed nice quality we all have a good sleep.

Second time I’ve stayed here with my children when in town. Fair priced. Pool is enough to keep the kids entertained, even without a slide. Great complimentary breakfast. Felt a bit bad as the was a conference/vendor fair going on and the conference rooms are right alongside the pool. Once all the kids got into the pool, it was quite loud and the vendors had to close the conference room doors.

Convenient location and easy parking. Hotel is older but clean and kept up. Comfortable beds and good towels.
