The gentleman that checked us in announced to the lobby our room #, not that it would have been hard to figure out by watching us. The room was not ready, but they did work with us, the lady cleaning the bathroom area, and then coming back after we went out to continue cleaning. This seemed more like a long term housing area for many of the people staying there. There was dog poo in the courtyard area, people working on motorbikes, and kids running around in the courtyard till after 10pm. We ended up not staying the night here.

I am in the center of where hurricane Milton came through but Expedia was taking reservations for this hotel and when I got there he said he wasn't going to have any power until Friday, 4 days away. He had no computers. No way to check me in. I've tried to get a hold of Expedia over 12 times today to cancel this booking and could never get past their automated system. It would finally just hang up on me.

Pool wasn't usable, no amenities in the room, no Continental breakfast offered, Nothing that is advertised on their website was represented as stated, This is also a residential motel. Beware

It was awful. Cockroaches, smelly room, tissue holder empty, TV screen didn’t work, smoke alarm completely detached, dirty floor, fridge on the floor and filthy bathroom.

No desk or chair in room, just basic bed, tv, micro and fridge. Room itself and linens very clean,

The property was a little run down. There was a large group of local laborers that took most of the rooms. The door frame on the door jam had been broken previously and we were concerned about safety. Luckily nothing happened.

We did not stay.the reception area smelled. There was only one lamp and the light in the bathroom. So you couldnt tell if it was clean or not

There was roaches all in the shower and when I came back from dinner there was roaches crawling all over the floor and the bed I ended up losing 95.54 because I refused to sleep in a room with roaches and they refused to refund me my money

I was fairly disappointed at the condition of the room and facility. While it served the purpose, I am not sure I will stay there again.

My room was the worst room I have ever seen. Doors damaged was damaged tub damaged water pressure horrible barely any hot water. Pool was completely empty will never book there again.

This is the versatile I stayed in for many years. Of traveling. Very dirty. The pool does not work. I would not say the best of clients. Many people outside very noisy. When all you want to do, let's find a better lay down would never be my choice again

Infestation no air conditioning poor color choices building is not structurally safe

The hotel is falling apart,roaches in room,toilet runs all night because chain was wrapped around the handle stem to short,third level has concrete sinking in,tv only has 3 channels,the bed frame is broken, tile in the bathroom has severe mold,AC didn't get cool even with a setting of 61 degrees, the maintenance crew has no clue what they're doing
