Neighbors were noisy at 2AM Toilet kept running most of the night

Check in it went smooth and everything was clean.

Needs updates badly

It was VERY good value for the money and so nice to have airport pick-up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Helped me get checked in for an ongoing flight when I had trouble.

No totally happy

Looked clean but really wasn’t. Found hair (that wasn’t any of ours) in my bed as we got under the cover and my daughter found an empty soft drink cup under the bed. I know it was last minute and inexpensive but I was not impressed.

I went to my room, grabbed snacks from the vending machine. I stayed in my room and fell asleep well despite the hard bed. I was awakened at 2 am by the jerk in the next room who was talking very loudly This continued until almost 4am despite me asking him to quiet down and my pounding on the wall. I should have called the desk but i was so tired i didn't want to have to get up

Bed was comfortable, but room is shabby, towels have holes, cant balance the temperature, mold on the wall in bathroom, and you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway Burned cookies on offer and lobby coffee area dirty and covered with spills

Good place to stay. Had some difficulties with the airport shuttle, but they were sorted out in the end.

Had a positive stay at the Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport. The staff was helpful and offered me a new room when the heater in the original one wasn’t working. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also really liked the vending machines—they had a great variety of options. Overall 4/5 stars.

Muy tranquilo

The room was basic but also felt like it needed some TLC. Felt it was falling apart.

Room was clean, but desperately needs some rehab. Bathroom and main doors had the laminate coming off at the bottom. There was a hair wad on the bathroom floor. Check in was chaotic and very slow. I had reserved a room for a pet and even called ahead to make sure this was known. And after several minutes of being checked in (although I had a reservation) I was given a room on the second floor. I questioned this as I knew all the pet rooms were on the first floor. The person at the counter seemed shocked by this. And then I had to wait all over again as they rechecked med in

Very friendly and helpful

The hotel was very worn out looking. The carpet was frayed snd the walls were dated. The toilet had trouble flushing. Lots of maintenance needed. The hallway was very musty smelling. The bed was comfortable.

Standard airport-area room. Convenient and comfortable.

Room was dark. Bad lighting. Lamp didn’t work. Carpet stained an worn out all throughout the room. Smelled like smokers had been in that room for years.
