We decided on this hotel last minute for a quick turn around trip. I didnt know what to expect but my expectations were surpassed the place is great and accommodating.

Great property in West Sedona. Clean and comfortable! Will stay here again.

I liked the unique and fun decoration of the room and the convenient location of the hotel despite no view and noisy AC in the room. Gym and pool with hot tub were amazing as well.

We loved this hotel and the family/pet park! It is so spacious and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a king studio with a sofa bed. Room was spacious and clean. Lupita (front desk) checked in daily via text to make sure everything was ok. The keurig in the room was broken and she had it replaced immediately! Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 3 days and our kids loved it. The pool was fantastic and the fact that we could do laundry was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Great amenities and clean property

Clean but small bedroom, no table, sink was a kitchen sink that you also used as a bathroom sink this was a small area also.Bathroom was really small to where the door was in your way of the toilet. Nice toiletries.

Nice clean room

Not bad! Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff are nice and try to be helpful. Problem was that I called ahead and asked for a quiet room since I’m a light sleeper and that request was acknowledged, BUT I was still put in a room facing the main road, which was also underneath the stairs so I heard loud road noise and people stomping around above me starting in the early morning hours. I also called to make sure all of the property was open for service after their recent renovations, and was assured “YES,” but I was dismayed to find the restaurant shut down, in the midst of renovations, for most of my stay, which posed a major problem for my plans since I was counting on grabbing a quick meal each morning before my workshop in Sedona. Also to note: this is a dog-friendly property, and while most 4-legged guests were well behaved, on my last day, I heard a dog barking for about 4 hours in a nearby room.

Nice place very friendly staff. Overall a clean place. No elevator for the second floor. I had to drag a whole bunch of suitcases plus a stroller and two babies up a flight.
