The sheets were in a shocking state, stained and unkempt, while the towels left much to be desired; as I unfolded the blanket, a disturbing amount of dirt and debris tumbled out, making the overall cleanliness of the bedding quite concerning.

I reserved an upstairs room, when I got there they told me none were available, I was sent to a room downstairs that someone's belongings were already in. The room I finally wound up with had no sound proofing. I could hear everything the people in the room beside me said and watched on TV. Then there was a terrible odor that kind of came and went (may have been coming from the people next door?). Do not stay here!

This is a very old motel. The room looked a lot better than the outside might suggest. It was remodeled in a modern style. The furniture was very nice. The couch was comfy but had stains on it. Short of replacing or re-upholstering nothing can be done. The bathroom was clean but showed mold in places. The bed was very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In my opinion, this property need a deep cleaning! Upon arrival, there was light trash and proof of infestation (dead insects) on the floor. In additon, the bathroom shower head, tub, grout, toilet, and all corners in this area needed cleaning (The mirror over the sink looked as if it was cleaned with a dirty towel which streaked & lacked the apprarance of being cleaned. In addition, the entrace door to our unit did not properly seal which made me feel uncomfortable. Tyhe hotel have a sign posted the state no weapons on their property, but was no roving security patrol present giving that sense of security. Additionally, it was cold during our stay. My travel partner (who slept near the door) could feel the cold air coming throught the obvious cracks from the top and the right side of the unit's door. Also, the TV did not work, basic travel items hotels normally supply (Clean/serviceable towels/washcloths, Iron, Ironing Board, lotion, shampoo etc.) were not provided. Lastly, it is my opinion the ac/heat filtration ducts need cleaning. My travel partner and I both experienced sinus issues during our stay, which left us coughing dark brown soot. I understand this is an older property however, I believe it is in desperate need of a deep cleaning! I do not think its fair to charge patrons the same as surrounding hotels due to non availability when we are not receiving the same quality or standard of cleanliness. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendl!

My room was terrible. Dirty floor, use towel and washcloth left in bathroom and tv didn’t work. Requested FULL REFUND. DID MOT STAY 2nd night. Will not stay at a Days Inn again. Low budget hotel and they definitely live up to low budget. Front desk clerk was no help!!!

The proprty was conveniently located frim the wvent I was attending However, the tub needed a deep cleaning. The sink and fixtures needed to be updated. Every outside door to an individual room had markings, paint splatter, or what looked like rust. The wall socket next to the bathroom doesn't support any thing that would need to be plugged in. I would not stay there again, nor would recommend it.

Needs lots of attention to repairs.

Dirty, mold in the toilet, room smelled stale. We asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

Great place to stay

We booked this hotel arrived and did not even stay in the room - walked across the road and checked in to another hotel. Not clean, random pieces of furniture outside of hotel, doors looked like they had been tampered with - people loitering around . Calling Expedia to issue a formal complaint.

Staf was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. This area suffered some damage from hurricane Milton & the area around there was being rebuilt. The rooms needed a deep cleaning. The floor needed a scrubbing , the couch was very stained & the top sheet had dried blood on it

Older hotel could use some updating

The room was dirty, walls, doors, refrigerator, furniture with chipped paint. Bathroom floor with dirt embedded with grout. TV remote back missing. Was afraid to touch anything in room.

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was obvious that the property was older and needed a little attention (just a little to make it look better for more ‘picky’ persons. For the price, I thought it was fine.

You get what you pay for outside was nice inside was run down could use a lot of maintenance! You can start with painting the ceiling, the walls, the doors just about everything everything

The Hotel was very old. All of the rooms are accesible from outside. Just a very outdated facility and not the cleanest. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fair. You get what you pay for.

Pros. Friendly staff. Easy on and off I75. Eating options close by. Cons. Overpriced. Strong air freshener smell in rooms. First was overwhelming. Asked for another room. Tolerable. Woke up in morning to small bugs on the light at the desk.

This is an older property that has not been maintained. The owners need to put some money back into the property. I would not stay here again I rather sleep in my car.

Roaches in the first room and ants in the second room. Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were not cleaned well at all. Second room has dirty sheets. Will never stay there again.
