I stay here every year I visit and have always had the best experience

There was mildew on the bed sheets. The shower was disgusting and there was no hot water. The AC sounded like it had a bug zapper built into it. There were outlets that appeared unsafe because they were loose and not even inside the wall like they should be.

It is conveniently located near I75 and has good parking.

location is convenient by 75 and historical downtown Alachua where the Tea Times restaurant is very impressive! the bedding is very good! Hot water is good and AC works well! The cleanness is ok. There are rust in metal parts and the facility overall can use some updates like painting, landscaping etc.

Not too good experience

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we’ve ever experienced. The pictures online were a misread the actual room. Plus, it was way overpriced. There were bugs visible, and the room had a horrible smell. I probably will never utilize Hotels.com again. The only positive was the nice young man that checked us in. He was very nice.

It's a motel, not a hotel. It's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The bed had bed bugs.. had to tell the front desk.. the bathroom was dirty.. you could clearly see that they barely clean when the guests leaves

Property was clean. Bedding was very nice. Breakfast was early. People at front desk were all very nice and friendly. Tv channel selection was decent. Over all very happy and price was great. Thank you.

Facility was dated but clean, bedding was comfortable good water pressure and working tv.

The hotel and staff are good, but breakfast was terrible. Basically, only carbs, no protein at all, not even eggs or Greek yogurt. If you even remotely care about your health, I wouldn't eat there.

For what i paid for one night this place is horrible. Outdated, pillows smelled so bad. The room smelled humid. Noisy, breakfast so bad. Has water coming out of the refrigerator. Horrible experience
