A unique property in that it is a converted house from a family back in the 1800. Lovely room w high ceiling, central location but quiet Has a lovely terrace

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, by far.

Elegantly appointed boutique hotel in a historic mansion. Every detail of decor reflects thought and aesthetic alignment. Service 5-star--we felt cared for and in a luxury hotel. Turn down service included truffles on the bed. We had a dinner in the restaurant. Food was top flight and beautiful despite temporary location. Breakfast buffet not fancy but adequate. Waiter on Tuesday morning was coughing everywhere, a single deficit in our experience at this nearly perfect hotel.

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Spacious rooms with comfortable and clean amenities. Loved the towel warmer and luxurious towels and robes and bedding. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Attentive service, luxurious room and amenities . Really nice stuff

This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order.

Lovely hotel in an historic building. Staff was friendly, helpful, low key, and efficient. Room was spotless and spacious. Also filled with light and with high ceilings. In the modern part of the city about a 20-30 minute walk to the sites.

Nice historical building, and nice garden. Breakfast was good. Rom and bathroom outdated. Stuff not so friendly. Valley parking services excellent.

Excellent location, 8-10min walk to cathedral, 20-25min walk to Alhambra. Clean hotel and room. Hotel restaurant offers good menu. Staff is very courteous. Car parking is available along with valet service.

Lovely stay. Conveniently located close to everything to walk to. Staff were excellent but rooms and bathrooms need a bit of work but were good. (like my room didnt have a bedside table but my kids did).

Clean, quiet, great bed. The drinks and bar food are lovely and the outdoor bar area is lovely! Staff are very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The property was exactly as advertised and what you would expect for this price.

It was such a delight to stay here. A castle turned into a hotel with keeping the old windows. I will always recommend it. Eliza at front desk was amazing!

Avoid hotel is lovely the area is awful not safe to walk

We loved our visit to Granada, Spain and were so happy we chose this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a former Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful.
