Wonderful stay

Friendly staffs. Quick check-in and check-out process. Shuttle to and from the beach run frequently so it is very convenient. It was very nice to get a breakfast package when I have to check-out at 4:30 am.

Transfer to tha airport 75 american Dollars. Just for 20 min drive. Come on!

The resort itself is always great, but Villa 83 could do better. No shampoo, no conditioner, no coffee, toilet paper was too thin and the actual holder is to far away from the seat; no child could reach that far.

No amenities, advertised toiletries, none provided you have to bring your own everything. The hotel won’t even give you coffee. They had a table set up in the lobby of the pool, so we grabbed a cup that was out then they charged us. They don’t advertise what’s included and try to sell you on an $80 dollar USD per person all inclusive package. But the food isn’t good and overpriced. Staff aren’t very helpful. Views are great.

This hotel is a subpar facility and I would think twice before ever staying here again. My first two nights were a complete disaster, requiring three room changes due to serious issues that should never occur in a properly managed property. In the first room, the bed was uncomfortably hard—like sleeping on a brick—and the TV did not work. In the second room, the TV still did not work, the toilet was broken, and the air conditioning stopped working - and they had to bring me a fan to cool the room. I have to go through all it is before finally being moved into a decent room. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. That same evening at dinner, I was harassed by the general manager, Javier, becasue he said dinner was not included in my package. Even if there had been confusion, given everything I had already experienced, basic hospitality would suggest offering a complimentary meal or accommodation as a gesture of goodwill, which never occurred. Any reputable hotel would have made a genuine effort to correct these issues and ensure a positive guest experience after so many disruptions. This hotel did not. Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying here and would strongly encourage travelers to consider other hotels to avoid similar frustrations and a comfortable hotel stay.

Nicely build in between the mountains with very nice views, food could be better, hotel only accepts credit.

We stayed at Villas Sol for a few days and we enjoyed the views, pool, the medium quality drinks, the food from the buffet was ok, the beach access transportation, the packages, the activities, the staff were really friendly, quiet property after 10pm, great coffee. Also this property is close to the airport, very convenient. 4 stars

Clean room and towels, amazing view, friendly stuff, rapid shuttle to the beach. All was great.
