Since it was my first time in Beijing, I wasn't sure what hotel to stay in. We browsed through recommended hotels from travelers visiting Beijing, and most of them stayed in Wangfujing, which is the third-tier downtown area of the city. Beijing's first tier is the administrative area, the second tier is the public office area, and the third tier is the business district, such as hotels, tourist attractions, malls, and anything you need is very close to you as a traveler.
When choosing a hotel, I always choose one that's close to everything, especially public transportation. Because this hotel's name is traditional, I was skeptical that it wouldn't be professionally managed. But when I found out it was an IHG hotel, I chose it. Surprisingly, my room was large, 32 square meters, 7 days, and 3 days, 40 square meters. It was huge and comfortable. This is an old hotel with good maintenance and service.
Highly recommended. Close to everything, even in front of the hotel is a mall with so many stores and tenants.
Thank you for having us, looking forward to coming back here soon for winter.
