Front desk is terrible it depends on which person you get to determine you can stay there or not , I stay there often and always use the same card with no problem,but one particular woman will turn you away saying you have to have a major credit card for the deposit,so I had a friend try to get a room and they weren't asked for the deposit at all and got the room

My CardKey was not working for the room, I went to the front desk to get a new one and apparently my “identification was deleted from the system”. I showed verification through purchase of room/type; due to my belongings being in the room along with my identification (ID). After being told that i was not able to go to my room and had the police called. The manager arrived and asked me to leave. She informed me that my ID was not in the system to begin with, which I do remember the employee taken a picture of my ID for it to be in the system. The manager then explained she was a new hire and that it was a mistake she would handle it. Due to the lack of proper training for their employees, I was not only not able to complete my stay but also not receive a refund. I would not recommend coming here due to the lack of proper care for the residency and disrespectful and irresponsible employees and management.

Check-in clerk was very kind and greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean. The carpeted floor was dirty. I don't think it had been vacuumed in a long time. The rest of the room was clean. It was very dated and needs a update. The bed closest to door and a broken leg on the frame. The lock on the door was a pain. I think it needed new batteries. The walls are very think. Our room also smelled like cigarette smoke. The neighbors were smoking. The location was great. A lot of choices nearby for restaurants.

A highly undesirable room. Upon entering the room, we were immediately struck with an intense odor of nicotine and marijauana. The furnishings of the room were heavily damaged, holes on top of the furniture, drawers falling apart, lamps not functioning, the fire alarm from the ceiling was missing. The kitchen was so damaged that you could not even use it. The stove top was completely rusted. Cigarette burns all around the room. I immediately wanted to call front desk and when I picked up the room phone it was inoperable.

Some pictures posted by the property can be a bit deceiving. The hotel definitely needs ongoing upkeep and staff dont seem to care much about the customers. We asked to switch rooms on 3 different occasions, every time being told theyd have a room for us on a specific day. However it never happened. The one front desk agent even told us to make sure all of our items in our current room were packed and ready to move to the new room the following morning, only for her to then tell us we werent getting another room as promised after we had packed everything up. Our room was on the bottom floor and had an awful draft under the door, so much so i had to put a winter jacket at the base of the door to help keep the draft out. The towel holder/shelf partially fell off the wall so we had to have maintenence come and fix it (which they promptly did). The shower drain is clogged so you get to stand in a good amount of dirty bath water as youre showering. The shower curtain is on the shorter side so water comes out of the bathtub and gets all over the bathroom floor, which has caused the floor to warp. The table in the room was SO wobbly you couldnt move much in fear it would break. The walls are so thin we could CLEARLY hear people's arguments in other rooms throughout our stay, amongst other things. The location of the hotel was good and general cleanliness wasnt awful (outside of cobwebs, and some questionable stains on the carpet). We wont be staying here again.

Had i even stayed there i could have given an accurate rating.. but EXPEDIA didnt even send my reservation to the hotel. When i attempted to check in, the hotel hadnt received my reservation, then speaking to customer service didnt help at all. I ended up paying out of pocket and staying at a completely different hotel. Having to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Seriously.. 7 to 10 days for money that expedia took immediately.. i do not recommend using Expedia for anything aside from lots of stress

It was great because we were at a previous hotel that wasn't and needed a better place. It was also a great location close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We were so happy that the hotel offered dishes for the room since we stayed for a week. The only thing I didn't like about the stay was getting woke up by the loud cleaning cart going by the rooms at 7 am in the morning. I had the bed next to the window so I could hear it.

Checked in at 1245 am and requested 30 min after 11 am check due to trip to get breakfast(nutrition bar only thing available in office) and was straight told no! Rude, dirty and horrible atttitude don’t recommend stay.

The people are really welcoming ;and the room is great !Really nice ,I felt right at home .And they have everything you need ,plates ,coffee maker ,just go down to the office and tell them anything you need.The staff is warm and friendly.I will stay here again for sure !Nice room ,and clean and comfy
