The screaming toilet, clogged sink, falling debris from the bathroom ceiling were bad. The worst was the probably against code violations was the electrical strip that had way too many things plugged into it. The night desk guy was really nice. We went to eat breakfast at about 8:15, just about everything was gone. Oh, the ice machines were broke. We did get a good nights sleep though.

Near the back door there were spots where someone had spilled a drink that was there for several days and the outdoor trash bin in that same area was full and never emptied my whole stay there which was 3 nights.

Front desk staff was really nice. Hotel is older and condition is not great, which is fine as that is reflected in the price. However, the room was pretty dirty and wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the bathroom.

Hot tub was not super hot, rest of stay was very enjoyable.

The sheets were stained. There was something distrusting caked onto the bed skirt. I found a half eaten chocolate bar when I sat on the chair. The shower was mineral stained. The staff was really friendly and helpful, but the room was filthy.

The room was not cleaned, the base boards are dirty, the trim on the door was loose, an outlet did not work (on the desk), the tub was stained, base boards were not clean, and guests deserve better. The pool was below the standard temperature, the hot tub was lacking chemical like foam decreaser the PH levels were not correct.

Room was comfortable. It is dated and needs updating . The staff were wonderful . The breakfast was good !! For the price great deal

Overpriced. I’ve never paid $180/night for a hotel room with poor parking and no elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

Located in a nice area in Helena.

Where do I begin. Hotel room smelled like must and mold. There were cracks in the walls and dries boogers on the wall. We noticed in the morning that our bathtub had a hole in it and they glued a plastic mat to the tub to cover it up. We spent 175$ on each room we left and went to the best western downtown. Local homeless roam around this area. Do NOT stay here

The room was clean and the room was nice and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty. Stains on the sheets and comforters. Mattresses had stains on the sides. The bathroom was filthy. Pink mold in tub and showerhead. Would strongly discourage others to stay here!

Good for the price better than other properties at properties of same cost.

this was just a mediocre hotel needs deep cleaning and updating especially for the price at almost 200.00 a night. also a kid was alone splashing around in the pool making quests mad i went and told the front desk and was told oh that is so and so he is a kid of a guy who works here so he is here swimming all the time. the messed up the billing horribly and now i am waiting 7-10 business days for my 60.00 over charge

We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. Staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean. Convenient location. Found some very good restaurants in Helena. Very pretty city.
