I always like a Marriott hotel. The beds are great, staff is friendly and super clean. This hotel was no different. Had a great stay

I like that you have extended check out time. I didn’t like that there wasn't a microwave available. Overall my stay was extremely pleasant.

Absolutely loved this stay! We only stayed for one night as we were traveling through with our two small children but we loved it! The location is amazing, easy to walk to the riverfront with shops and restaurants. The balconies inside were our favorite, getting to watch the boats in the riverfront was so cool. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Construction was noisy and disturbing Rooms desperately need updating. Beds do too

Convenient and near area stores, restaurants and attractions. Did not use restaurants or room service. Checkin was great and staff was professional and courteous. Would recommend this hotel

We had spacious rooms that felt elevated. It is on the far end of the river walk, but it was still very walkable.

We had to relocate on Thursday due to a problem with our reservation at another place. Very accommodating even got us into a room early can’t say enough about how wonderful it was.

I’ve stayed at a few marriot properties and this is definitely the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at, at a rate of $400 a night. There is no bellman to help with the luggage and self parking is $38 a night. The rooms are clean but the rooms facing the atriums are very noisy and it’s difficult to sleep at night. Although the quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am this is not enforced. There is a bar in the lobby that runs until midnight and the noise can be heard in the rooms facing the atrium. I asked for a quiet feather free room when booking, but received a noisy room full of feathers - fortunately we had allergy meds stuff us. I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Regency up the road a few days and would highly recommend that instead.

Most hotels give internet service, coffee throughout the day ,and parking in which you charged. Never again or will I recommend this hotel.
