Well-maintained old hotel. Very small gym. Location is close to Victoria station, many eateries and hop-on hop-off stations. Shampoo soap is very difficult to get. On the last day, the waiter said we didn't pay for breakfast even though it was already the 4th day and we ordered breakfast. I had a request that it take a long time to be delivered to the room. Breakfast times on weekdays and weekends are also different and we were not informed. There was one time when we wanted no breakfast, even though they didn't inform us. We had to call the manager first before being given a breakfast box. The bathroom was very small for a 26m2 room, but the room was spacious enough to put 3 large suitcases.

Staff gave me highest floor which ia attic with small window. But the room is quite big . Breakfast is okay, except the coffee.

Loved my stay! The room wasn’t big, but it had everything I needed. Great staff and superb location.

Strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of variety in breakfast.
