Area was shady. Door to room looked like someone had tried to kick it in. Door jamb was damaged Didn’t feel safe at all

Property was Okay, works if you need a place to rest, satisfactory ,Air conditioning worked ok, had TV, had a fridge, & microwave, clean bedding,& towels,with dove shampoo & soap, also a coffee ☕ maker...& an ice machine on each level. Needs renovation, older building' s/ but ok, for the weary Traveller.

great stay great place! SAFETY IS FIRST THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THEY NEED PART TIME SECURITY FOR THE NIGHT

It was ok for a cheap hotel

There was mold growing in multiple locations in the room, the bathroom was peeling, and the rooms were noisy.

We stayed one night; the service was fast, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy.

This place is fine if you are in a bind for a quick 1-nighter but it is pretty run down and dingy. The fridge and microwave are literally just on the floor. Hotel had various damage throughout out the building, not well maintained. The tub was gross. It is one of the few doors on outside models. They did have cameras, so that was better.

Stayed here for a few hours prior to our cruise. Fortunately a short stay because the room was nasty. Saw a roach and a spider, shower wasnt clean and hair was on the toilet. The room door looked like it had been kicked in cause there was a crack in the door and the latch wiggled. It was 3 am so we just slept on top of the blanket and left early. Showered when we got on the ship. Would never stay here again.

They charged my credit card twice for safety deposit!

The room was ok floors dirty some mosquitos or small Flys one roach in bathroom. breakfast was supposed too be 7am-10 Saturday's i was there 915am but closed already so no breakfast but was posted 7am-10am.

The room needed better cleaning. There were 2used towels behind bathroom door when we arrived. The grab n go breakfast was an apple an energy bar and a cookie. Had coffee but no juice.

I did not have my physical credit card on me so I was unable to complete check-in. The person at the front desk was new and when I asked for his manager I was told he wasn't available. This policy was not mentioned anywhere- not on expedia or in the emails I received from the hotel. The hotel refused to take ownership for this mistake and would not refund the money.

Television wasn’t working funny scent in rooms

The good reviews of this place are mind blowing. We opened the door and then slept in the car. The bathroom was filthy. Bugs everywhere. Looked like a drug den. I can’t believe Wyndham associates with this place
