Staff was helpful and facility was clean.

Luggage cart didn't fit into the room. Toilet very small - seemed suited to pre-school facility. Couldn't get fan on heater to run at constant speed (kept cycling on and off). No closet - had to hang clothes on open rack in room.

It seemed clean enough, but upon entering the room there was a strong odor. It smelled so strong, like mold or something else bad. I’m not saying they have mold, but the odor was overpowering and stayed until we left. If it hadn’t been so late and my child exhausted, I would’ve asked for my money back and just left. The sink was stopped up so any water run into it stayed there. That was gross. The girls at the front desk were very nice upon checkin. But the smell in that room- I just won’t be back.

Nice breakfast choices.

I liked the hot breakfast options, but it was only missing sausage gravy. I was disappointed to discover the hot coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of service. It would have been nice to have the traditional coffee maker option as a backup. I had to go off site to get regular hot coffee. (The coffee in the room is weak. )

Me and my son stayed here for 2 nights. We got dinosaur eggs from Walmart which left a little dust on the ground from excavating them. I didn’t have a vacuum but thought since it was so small they would have no problem cleaning it. Well they tried to charge me $250 for that. I will never stay here again and warning to others they may find a way to steal your money over the smallest thing. Take caution

Did not start out well. I have a service dog (not esa) and there were issues checking in. After that everything was fine.

The property was nice and clean all over. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the hot/cold breakfast options.
