Servicio de recepcion amable. Habitacion comoda y siempre limpia, Hotel bien conectado a traves de metro (estacion CIPRO a dos o tres cuadras). Desayuno completo y bien servido, en area renovada del establecimiento.

I like the hotel. It was definitely old hotel. But I like the location. The hotel was clean. I like the bed. It was not too soft. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The smell was also good. It smelled clean. The problem is only small bathroom and parking was not noted. It was worth the stay. Will stay again.

Good variety for breakfast but the scrambled eggs were not real eggs, yuck.

The linens was not changed ! Foul odor from shower that was around the carpet dirty carpet ! Elevators not working ! And the receptionist person screwed us on paying the tour aaked for too much money to skip the lines ! It was 130$ for each person ! WiFi is too slow and it says online there’s a Seattle to the airport but there’s none ! Charged me way too much !

It was cold. No heat till November.

I wouldn't know because the hotel decided to put me in a run down, nasty hotel without even informing me ahead of time of the change. We had 3 rooms reserved, and when we went to check in, only 1 of the 3 was available. 1 part of our group stayed at Nova Domus but the rest of my party was shipped off, WITHOUT NOTICE, to one of the WORST hotels I've ever stayed in in my LIFE! If I felt I had other options, I would have declined and went somewhere else. I will NEVER again book like this, or with choice hotels. My family who did stay, had very little nice things to say. And breakfast wasn't served before 7am when we had to leave so we didn't even get to try that. Terrible experience.

Property is under renovation. A lot is going on. Night shift is 5 star colaborators. They try to solve everything as limited as they are. Zone is great. If you are thinking about visiting Vatican City, this is the place. Breakfast is great and staff is better.

Clean room. Staff are helpful. Easy parking for our rented motorcycle. Walkable to Vatican City and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay and most things were within walking distance. Wonderful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome. Loved it!

The front desk service at check-in was cold. I gave the man a second chance to be pleasant on the 2nd day but he remain unpleasant when I asked him to direct me to the bathroom. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and clean. The room came with a super large concrete terrace that should be divided and designed for a better customer experience. Breakfast on second day was wonderful with great service from the diningroom staff after I provided concurrent feedback about the food served on the first day. Bravo. For a 4-star, I am surprised about the dated facility. Carpets throughout need to be replaced. I was not sure if they were dirty or discolored. A special thank to the evening male staff who took my feesback and passed it on the the dinning room staff. Please invest in a SWOT Analysis consultant. Cheers.

The staff was nice and courteous. The air conditioning was great! The complimentary breakfast was great. It was perfectly walking distance to the Vatican. It was quiet. All of that being said, I would not stay there again. It was filthy. Dirty shower curtains. Broken shower. No laundry facilities on site. Despite the signs saying otherwise, there was no lunch or dinner available.
