This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I had a deluxe room and it was most comfortable with a desk in room. It was a bit hot - they have air conditioning but with the rain, it auto shut off. It is run by a third party. The hotel includes a breakfast buffet in the morning which is nice. They have bikes and umbrellas for rent. The location is close to unesco and the sites and good restaurants. I felt very safe as a woman walking around there alone. It is not a crowded area. Will stay there again.

The hotel property is nice and located in a walking distance from eiffel tower.

Aircon not working at all. Was told it was not in summer mode but it was 80F outside and 86 in the room.

It was a nice stay but I think the place is overpriced just for the location. But overall it was a good place and location.

Loved this hotel but super secluded. Cab drivers never were able to drop You off at the front because you have to go down an alley way to get to the front of the hotel. Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were roomy, clean. The only other thing was I asked The hotel if they were going to be doing construction, they said no. That was false as I had A guy outside my window everyday I was There doing work to the exterior.

Soap & shampoo were awful. Housekeeping staff woke us every morning by knocking on the door and walking in, while sleeping. Floor rugs stained. Eggs were awful and not real. Not really close to anything other than the Eiffel Tower. Clearly only a two to three star hotel at best.

Great location that when you walk up to the Main Street you have immediate views of the Eiffel Tower. It was quiet, no noise at night. Comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels and we enjoyed the sauna! Friendly staff

I’ve stayed here three or four times and have always enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location. This time, however, I noticed that the property is looking a bit shabby. Not terrible, but definitely in need of some attention. There was quite a large hole in the ceiling of the shower - a perfect place for mould to accumulate.

The handicap room could have been a little more wheelchair friendly like the door.

Staff was kind and helpful, location close to Eiffel Tower. Room very clean and comfortable.

Check in went smooth. The staff was nice and courteous and understood and spoke English well. The front is staffed 24 hours. The standard room and bathroom was small but I heard to be typical of the area. We were on the second floor at the end of the hall near the coffee lounge which was nice since I easily can get by coffee. They have a great coffee machine that gave really good espresso drinks. Only thing I wish they had were a fridge, microwave, and an iron. The location was nice and quiet, and away from busy tourist location but an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. If I stayed here again I would look to get a larger room but nice stay overall.

Overall a good stay. There was construction outside the hotel that was a bit noisy throughout the day (not at night) it also made it difficult for any taxi to drive up to the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Surrounding area seemed nice--great staff, but noisy neighbors on all sides, must be thin walls. Overall just okay
