Friendly staff and a great location, opposite the train station and right on the corner of the main street. The condition of the hotel is tired and could do with a spruce up, eg. small tear in net curtain, shower hose was broken (shower worked well but hose needs replacing).

Excellent choice in Steinkjer

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This year, bearing in mind its winter, the COLD air conditioning was on and l had to use 2 duvets to keep warm at night. I was informed a new system had been installed and they could not alter timer. Each traveller has their own sense of comfort surely each room should be able to control individually.

This hotel is tired

Property Expedia website shows pool and laundry which is untrue. Floor carpets need replacement, slow shower drain no towel racks. Very pricey for what it offers.

Very nice hotel, and lovely breakfast

Second time I’ve used this hotel, and very happy with it. Friendly and caring staff, all covid19-measures in place, the hotel seems clean, safe and nice.

great location. The room a little meh

Ene rommet iskaldt, fikk byttet, det var varmt som badstue. I tillegg var det tømming av søppel om morgenen, med lastebil som stod på tomgang lenge. Som gjorde at jeg våknet veldig tidlig.

Kaldt rom. Lite bemanning på hotellet. Mye støy og bråk. Frokosten var derimot veldig god.
