Breakfast wad awesome. The room was clean. We felt very safe.

Easy highway access. Walkable to nearby restaurants and bars.

The room was average, the location was very convenient. Staff (especially breakfast staff) was very friendly.

Friendly staff and good service! For the price I can’t really complain. It’s very dated and the shower was pretty lame. Weak and low pressure. Bed wasn’t bad and the place is pretty clean. You can smell the cleaner! Breakfast is okay. Very basic and if all you want is a room to sleep in and not break the bank this is a great option.

The room was small. The bathroom fan was loud and turned on in conjunction with the light switch, which was outside the bathroom, so a person couldn't quietly use the bathroom during the night. There was no elevator and the carpeting on the stairs needs cleaning.

It was.a nice stay and the breakfast was delicious.

The gardens and lobby are super. Because thats what you see. The coridoors are tired. In the room my aircon was noisier than a V8 engine and the shower/ bath did not work. Terrible!

No wifi, tv, or phone. Management seemed clueless on how to remedy. Shower was luke warm.

When checked in the fridge in tne room still had food from the previous guests amd there was stuff in tne draweres they left behind as well. Makes ne wonder how thorogh they realky cleaned the room. Most likely wont be going back.

Wine stay on sheets, room smelled like someone had smoked prior to our stay. Didn’t feel clean.

Front face of AC unit in room kept falling off. Filled water in bathtub for kids to take bath and nasty hair gunk floated out of the tub drain. Quite outdated facility. Thankfully hotel seemed to have decent insulation- seemed quiet. Best part is the swimming pool/hot tub. Breakfast was average.

No elevator. Maybe you should ask at check in if one has a problem with steps. 65yrs old steps got to be to much. The rug going up steps is FILTHY BROWN. Wash it. Front desk Rinie was awesome.

I loved the basement room! Very nice and musty. The loose towel bar and toilet seat were especially entertaining, and the 747 engines bath fan surely ensured you would not fall asleep on the commode at 3:00 in the morning!!

My room was in the basement, could hear floor creaking above thru the ceiling during the night. Room so small, no sitting area. Window unit AC, came on and off all night noisy. Bed needs upgraded, it was uncomfortable and too hard. Floor of the shower was weak, felt it give under my weight. No full length mirror for dressing. No ice machine in close proximity had to go upstairs to find ice. Coffee needs upgrade it was weak with no flavor, Food looked premade/frozen, did not eat. Everything in the building looked old and outdated. Low quality Quality Inn. Final insult, leaving through the only basement exit the lawn sprinkler was spraying directly onto us on the sidewalk. Never so glad to leave a place! Very disappointed for the price we had to pay for No Amenities!

Floors above were really noisy. Sounded like people were walking around all night. Didn’t sleep well.

The room wasn't clean, there was dog food in the closet, and the bathroom was not even clean. The floor was not moped. The alarm was sounding crazy. We had other reservations in Quality Inn, but because of this situation, we cancel the reservations and reserved other hotels
