Staff were amazing, they gave us an upgrade at not extra cost

Awesome location and great room and amazing staff.

The hotel is okay for a couple nights stay, having a Starbucks connected to the lobby was amazing.

Great downtown location. Excellent in every way, mostly. The path to and from the parking garage was a challenge. Never did find the elevator so huffed bags on the stairs, up and down

Hotel is nice but staff had no controll over other guests partying and talking in hallway until after 1am. Called the front desk x2 and nothing changed

Breakfast Buffet & service was great. Parking entrance somewhat tight maneuvering.

Hotel room was clean and property was properly maintained. We enjoyed our stay here, staff was amazing and rest of the amenities were good too.

Parking was easy to find but finding the lobby was hard from the parking lot. They need to add instructions in the elevator or inside the parking, on top of that paying for parking is crazy.

Staff was welcoming and kind, upgrading our room because we stayed for a week. Sunrise view from the 25th floor was spectacular! Restaurant/bar is a solid choice and the sunset view from the full wall of windows was really lovely. The room itself was also decent. The bed was comfortably firm and the variety of pillows allowed good choice for comfort. The bottom sheet did not stay put so by morning, we were sleeping directly on the mattress pad so that wasn’t great. No live TV so bring your streaming log in info if that’s important to you. Other than that, it was a great stay in a central downtown location.
