Very welcoming and helpful staff! Great room, great staff, great breakfast!

Property was nice but the room we had did not have a shower but a tub with a shower head. There was no shower curtain. There is no parking at the hotel. The bar, restaurant were nice, the breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were helpful when pushed.

Very good hotel at Odense, Denmark... It's location is walking distance from Odese Station. Also very close to the town center... Staffs are very helpful and cooprative... Breakfast sprade is fantastic and fresh....

This was a couple's stay during a trip through Denmark. There was an inexpensive parking garage which was a very short walk from the hotel, the room was clean and felt nice. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was phenomenal. This is the part of Denmark on Fyn Island where the HC Andersen House is, but it's also just a lovely area to walk around as well. Nice restaurants and pubs are nearby too (I hear this hotel's restaurant is nice, but we did not do dinner here, just the included breakfast).

Great hotel , brilliant location and awesome food and service

Bought a standard room and was placed on 3rd floor. Room was small and far from lobby. We paid a little extra (10%) and were moved to a room on first floor. The first floor room was bigger, more comfortable and near the lobby, bar, and restaurant. We greatly enjoyed it!

A lovely old Hotel with superb staff. Rooms were large but if I had a criticism it would be for lack of space to put clothes! It was a superb stay and the staff were excellent! The Breakfast was wonderful although not good for my waistline. Definitely recommended.

Good breakfast, walkable to most city attractions. A small but a bit noisy fan was provided as there was no air conditioning. Area was not noisy so we could open window to get cold air but not sure what to do if it was summer.

Elegant, great location, comfortable. Single glazed windows, ask for room facing courtyard, not street.

A wonderful blend of old history and modern touches, right in the center of town! The rooms were spacious, bright, and had all the amenities. Breakfast in the dining room was an added bonus. Incredible value!

Wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel makes you feel as though you walked back to a more stylish time when service was important. The buffet breakfast was excellent and served in a grand dining room. Our room was large and beautiful with large windows a s modern conveniences. Staff had already prepared a cot for our son and piled candy and a welcome message on his pillow.

The hotel is living proof that with good maintenance and care you can conserve the elegance and Charme of a grand hotel.

Lovely hotel close to shopping and sites. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and high quality. The hotel was modern while not losing any of the charm of an old hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great. The dining room and the breakfast were wonderful!

It’s old. We didn’t live on main building and need to use another old elevator on first floor. There is no parking. We had to find the parking spot and paid about $0 CAD overnight. The breakfast is excellent.
