The ground mounted light future junction box cover was removed just outside my room. Couldn’t help but notice it from my window view of street. Wires exposed, nobody around!

Very good

I liked the property. The rooms were spacious and felt clean. There was only one working elevator, but it wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed ourselves and it was at a great price.

A bit dissapointed...this was the first time ive stayed at a Double Tree & bern dissapointed. The staff was GREAT....the property was lacking. The outside elevators are not air conditioned. Its an issue because the outside temp was 113°. The property needs renovation.

Hotel stay was decent. Had to call for housekeeping to constantly bring new towels after numerous failed attempts to clean our room and restock. Had to call front desk several times. The last straw was calling for new towels and waiting just for no one to come and bring them after being told they were coming up with some.

Really ugly place, it’s old and lacks maintenance

Spent one night after arriving back from Europe. Both exhausted. Beautiful suite, comfortable bed, large shower. Just what was needed. Convenient access by hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

They have a larre check in of 4 pm which I failed to notice. We got there at 2 and they unfortunately had no rooms ready, but the staff worked with us and got us in as quickly as they could which was extremely nice or them. Hotel was very nice!

Wonderful decor, awesome restaurant, pool was great.

Overall was a decent stay but room air conditioning quit working twice and ended up having to change to a room type other than what I’d reserved (with a less comfortable bed) in order to have a room with A/C. Staff was very friendly.

Transportation staff from airport to and from were very welcoming and nice. Housekeeping staff was great, went above and beyond. Receptionist staff as well, very welcoming. I will definitely book again when I go to Phoenix.
