Excellent location near shops, restaurants and public transportation. Very kind and helpful staff, breakfast plenty of options and very fresh.

We stayed at this location for 8 nights and had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, quick to respond and extremely helpful anytime we needed assistance or asked general questions. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, which was perfect for our lengthy stay. The breakfast was delicious and provided a nice variety of meal options. Also the location was great and safe-close to several shopping centers and restaurants.

Mostly this hotel was very good. easy access to metro and buses 50 metres from Paulisha av. The only down fall is the entrance is next to a 45-degree slop so could be a struggle for some.

Everything was great. The only problem was that they were doing some work at the hotel, and it was really loud. When we checked we were given the chance to choose between two floors, knowing one of them was especially close to the noise. The next day we asked for a different room and problem solved. Also don't love that one of the windows in the rooms doesn't have glass, only metal shades, so if you are a light sleeper, it can be a problem. Otherwise the place is very nice and the staff really friendly.

Great hotel close to restuarants and shops. The hotel staff are super friendly and there are people who can speak English. We had a problem with the aircon in room and they changed our room. Rooftop pool and view is amazing

The hotel cancelled our stay and only informed us upon arrival (apparently they messages while we were on the way but we were on our flight and did not have signal). They moved us to the other Mercure nearby without an apology or any offer of compensation or upgrade. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool, which the other hotel did not have. We ended up abandoning the booking and stayed elsewhere. Avoid.

stayed here 3x already and always a great experience however this last time was a bit noisy due to construction across the street… not mercure’s fault at all I love this place

the sauna was indicated at check-in but it was not in good condition

Adorei ficar nesse hotel, até reservei novamente para o próximo fim de semana. A única coisa que faria ficar ainda melhor é ter produtos de limpeza (detergente e esponja) para lavar os pratos/talheres usados no quarto com cozinha.

I just really like this hotel! I work at a hotel in New York and see the attention on details of Mercure team! They remember my name and always friendly with out being fake!!! Great location and the pool is a major plus!! I definitely come back soon!!! Thank you guys!!!

It was good but I stay on a room next to construction so very noise

its an older property but all was always clean…. staff and service was amazing, friendly and super professional ❤️ I love it and will stay here again
