I stay here often and it is always clean and staff is always nice

This was a quick trip for a funeral. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Two things, Your coffee is pretty bad. You have a nice breakfast ,,,BUT it’s Cold ! When i come back this summer, I hope to tast the improvements!!! Sincerely, Bill

The front desk staff were all great. The breakfast was terrible. The food was all cold and had been sitting out for a while. The breakfast ends at 9 and they required us to leave the room at exactly 9 even though we just got our food at 8:50. They need a new breakfast arrangement.

I would rate this below average. The curtains do not close, the heater is loud and the outside noise is load. The bed is very soft.

Third time there. Its really relaxing, Quiet and the hotel staff are very respectful.

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel and rooms are outdated and the coffee maker is not a Keurig. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was good but there was no toast and coffee creamer needed options. I would stay again for the convenience and comfort.

It was a good location walkable to shops and restraunts.

The hotel is kept clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay.

I used Expedia to reserve to add a night the staff seemed confused. I added another night thru Expedia. The staff did offer to move my room to a quieter location which was nice.

I liked how the Hotel had an apartment like feel, but the rooms I stayed in had a bad pest issue.

The bar and restaurant were closed the whole stay. No counter in the bath room. Old furnishings

The hotel was overall nice in appearance, and clean. Both front desk and breakfast check in associated, were both friendly and efficient. The room was nice, had all amenities you’d look for in a hotel room. On the other hand, the bed wasn’t very comfortable

The Spanish speaking clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly . When i went to check out, there was nobody at the Front desk . After waiting over 10 minutes, I left. There are some major concerns with this property ! I would mot stay here again

I didn’t know the window has a black screen for the light from outside, but after that everything was fine

Really rude and unreasonable staff. I did not end up spending the entire evening there and just left from frustration
