I have requested for full room service several times and made phone call as well. Room service didn’t happen and trash didn’t collected. We have removed DND badge as well in front of door. No towels changed.

Comfortable beds, cold A/C and great amenities.

I got this hotel because I read good reviews. But as soon as I walked into the room it very felt humid to the point I couldn’t lower the a/c because it felt musty and humid. Not sure I would return. Brekafast was fine.

I had a good experience, especially with the lady at the breakfast. She was sweet and made us feel welcomed.

Vini and Bella were great and helpful checking in. Letting my family leave our suitcases while we went to universal was extremely helpful. Great comfy rooms and great body wash, but no conditioner? Regardless, I would recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay when you are visiting Universal. Shuttle bus was great! Breakfast was good too!

Check in and out was a very pleasant experience. The room was passable for a night. Very close to universal and good price for the convenience.

Pool was very dirty and not inviting. Bathtub did not drain and there were ants on the sink. The beds were comfortable, the air worked great, and the breakfast was fantastic

It was good, clean, appropriately priced. I’d stay again for the same purpose that we stayed, quick last minute overnight.

Location of this hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance from universal studios. The room was average, bed was comfy but the air con was loud. The room had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which was nice. It was nice to have breakfast included, it was pretty basic but I didn’t like that it was all served with paper plates and plastic cutlery. The staff didn’t seem very attentive on reception and didn’t seem bothered when I had asked about my new face cloth possibly been taken by house keeping by mistake. They made no effort to help me or even apologise. I didn’t get it back. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Hotel is very clean; staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. Hotel is nearby many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. My only gripe are the pillows on the bed are too soft for my taste, and the shower curtains don't close all the way, so the floor gets wet. Ventilation in bathroom not working properly.

Did the job. Conveniently located with simple breakfast, free parking. No frillls. Just clean place to sleep.
