It was great staying here although we had to switch rooms half way through our stay due to the privacy lock, locking on its own. Otherwise we had a great stay

The breakfast continue to be very good and the beautiful view is always a +. The staff is very helpful and gracious

The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the checkin, to the restaurants, to housekeeping. Directly across the street from a great beach. Great amenities too. And a feeling of safely throughout

The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this property again.

The ocean view room was so outdated and badly in need of redecoration. The lighting in the room was rubbish. The bathroom fan didn’t work so everything steamed up. The hotel ‘looks’ nice on the surface but a lot of the staff were pretentious and it felt like you were doing them a favour by staying there. So overpriced for what it is - def look at other options as there are a lot of better alternatives.

Lovely hotel right on the beach - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and a private beach club with free sunbeds and umbrellas included. Even has a beach club where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the Copacabana.
