Clean, average for price. I

Room was safe and a good value. Everything in the room was very worn out, there were cigarette burn holes on the sheets, and half the lightbulbs were burned out. OK if you need something cheap and safe, but the rooms need quite a bit of TLC, which they most likely will not get.

Room was dirty, towels were stained, beds were hard, some staff couldnt speak English, halls were dirty, breakfast options were very limited.

Hotel is ok. Arrived 40 minutes in town and generally have had no issues check in slightly early. Hotel charges $20 dollars to check in 40 minutes early.

Great Service from staff. Building on very quiet place. However Pool does not work. Cleaning in the room is not good. Carpet was wet due to Air conditioning leak. I couldn’t fínd shampoo. It is near the AirPort. No Shuttle service and breakfast to poor. I saw bugs on the bed. Regardles.

The coffee at the continental breakfast was terrible—watery, poor quality, and unpleasant to drink. When we asked for them to make it stronger, their answer was, "That is the coffee they give us." When I asked for more of the in-room coffee, I almost had to beg to get more than one packet. They gave me two instead of one. We were three men in a room with a sofa bed. The sofa had no sheets or blanket. When we requested, they gave us sheets. We had to go back to ask for blankets and were told, "The blankets are indisposed." Indesposed? What is that? Finally, they agreed to give us a comforter - a solution they could have offered from the beginning. The bathroom was long overdue for fresh caulk. There was mold and an unkept appearance to the property, but it was clean. The waffles were okay, there was squeeze margarine (terrible), and syrup. The juice dispenser was room temperature and not pleasant. They had signs on the other snacks directing guests to take only one as they, "have children here as well." Seriously? The overnight staff and morning staff were not great. One was a young man, and maybe his father? The morning staff was a young lady who was stingy with coffee. The afternoon staff member was a helpful young man. For the price, it was hard to beat. The beds were great, and the sheets were clean. The breakfast and staff left much to be desired. The next time I am in Wichita, I will stay elsewhere.

This place is next to an abandoned large shopping mall. Access is difficult. Area is unsafe..bad part of town. When you arrive, you must put up a 50.00 deposit on top of the room charge which is not advertised. Bathroom fixtures were loose. So called breakfast was juice, coffee and a tiny cinnamon roll in package. When leaving, I was told my deposit would be returned in three days. Horrible place

. The lobby was pretty nice and had a cool vibe. However, the room could use some updates — a fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way. The couch in our room was cracked and peeling, which was disappointing. The breakfast bar was mediocre at best. That said, we got what we paid for. Since we only used the room to get ready and sleep, it served its purpose. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t choose it for a long-term stay.

Unimpressed with the overall quality and appearance of the hotel from the parking lot to the room.

Place is a dump. Carpet tore, toilet doesn’t work only 1 bed pillow , no breakfast first morning, no coffee, roof leaks, plaster falling off ceiling,lamp sockets don’t work had to unplug light and move bed to plug in my cpap, Sofia’s filthy

Found a worm in the sink, carpet was gross, mold in the shower, couch and chair was stained, ceiling over breakfast area was peeling off. Coffee pot in room didn’t work and coffee in breakfast area was colored water. Overall disgusting. Won’t stay there again.

I booked five rooms month in advance and when I got the Expedia didn’t confirm our rooms to the hotel.

Right from the start, the property was difficult to access. The description states they gave a pool and breakfast but both were unavailable during our stay. On the first morning i stopped on my way out to request fresh towels and more toilet paper. I was told they would only enter the room once to freshen it during my entire stay and was i sure i wanted it today. Then they insisted that they had to just hand me the toilet paper. The swcond morning, i was awaken at 6:45AM by a member of the staff trying to enter my room, without knocking, despite the donot disturb on the door

Haven't been to too many suites but i will say it was very comfortable

The front desk staff was friendly and helped me right away, the room was what we reserved (2 double beds and a sofa bed) I did mention that it would need to be for 5 of us when I reserved the room. When we got to the room there was no toilet paper only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. the elevator worked when we checked in but that night was no longer in service for the rest of our stay. (we were on the 3rd floor) I had to walk down and ask for toilet paper, towels and sheets for the pull out bed. The site said there was house keeping but not once did they come in our room to replenish or anything. Overall the good thing is we had somewhere to sleep but unfortunately I don't see myself booking here again.

This property was very dirty. We checked out immediately.
