The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The setting is like a medieval castle, but the rooms are really.cozy and modern! The breakfast buffet is one of the best we hadbso far. Will come back as often as possible!!!

The hotel was perfectly situated. My room had a spectacular view. The bathroom was nice and functional. I felt the bed was quite hard and the a/c did not work well at night. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful.

I love this place and I hope to come back soon!

This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had in a hotel. Gorgeous facility, outstanding bedroom with fabulous view. Breakfast was amazing.

Right next to the Alcazar. Very much in the middle of action. The second floor common area looks like a castle. Rooms are a bit small but nice and comfortable. Buffet was excellent. Parking is a bit tricky.

Staff good, clean place, and very good location. Grocery store hear by and main plaza. Lots of cafes.

3 things you expect when you book a hotel. A sleep . A shower . Cleanliness . We got none of the 3 at this hotel !!! If you like to listen to the conversations of the people next door till after 2am and no soundproofing - book this hotel !!! If you like not getting a shower as no hot water in the morning - book this hotel !!! If you like finding big hairs belonging to someone else while standing in your shower - book this hotel . If you then complain to Expedia , request a refund and they then get no reply from the Hotel …despite numerous attempts …then book this hotel !!!! Am about to escalate to Expedia mgmt and my bank …to get my money back. Oh - also no info in advance to advise the hotel is being refurbished and your room might stink of paint …. A disgrace !!!

One block from major town plaza.Best included breakfast in my multi-city trip.

Stayed two nights in December. We had a balcony room facing the street, but it was still super quiet and we’re not disturbed by outside noise. Large room with plenty of space for luggage. Would stay again.
