This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were not clean and extremely outdated. No bed bugs… at least that I saw, but we did see a pest control company there spraying rooms. Bathroom super small and hard to move around in. No housekeeping, lots of trash leftover from previous guest, AC not working properly, mini fridge not working. We only had 2 towels (we had 2 adults & 2 kids in our room) and no bath mat. Went to the desk to get more and they would only give us 1 towel. With no housekeeping, we had to always go to the desk and get more. Our mini fridge also didn’t work. We asked if we could have someone look at it. They ended up giving us a key & exchanging it with another room ourselves. Still did not work well and ended up having to get a cooler for our room. AC did not get as cool as we prefer it with no AC in the bedroom part of the suite so we had to go out and purchase a fan too. Cigarette burn holes in comforter. Pull out bed disgusting with stains. Also purchased an inflatable mattress and new sheets for our kids to sleep on. Pool AC did not work so super hot in there too. Floor is slimy and disgusting. Staff “cleaning” pool area in evening while smoking a cigarette. Sat outside a few evenings by pool and it always smelled like someone was smoking (and not just cigarettes). Ice machines low on ice and moldy! The front desk staff were polite and the breakfast was good. Lobby area has been updated and looks nice.

First room, the bed was broke. Second room, last patron’s items still in room. Which leads me to believe room was not well cleaned. All around could be cleaner. I think there was 1 person work the entire building at check in. Seems like a safety issue.

Room had no air conditioning and smelled and when we brought it up to the front desk they did not offer to move us to another room. We also had a service dog with us and should have been accommodated for.

The room was spacey, pool was nice and warm, and breakfast was great! But the upkeep of facilities, furniture, and bedding could be better.

Rooms could use some updates, everything was worn and room was very warm. Lobby has been updated, now they need to work on the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not clean. They were small overcrowded and stained carpet. The linen was stained as well.

The location is good. Entrance & lobby are clean & updated but the rooms need remodeling. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights that were on different floors. Tub would not drain, leather was peeled off all over on desk chair, couch/chair were dirty/worn out, carpet was dirty & the room smelled old/dirty. We reserve rooms every yr in June for a conference but will not be staying here again.

The rooms didn’t look as advertised but the check in and dining area looked as advertised and was clean the kitchen staff were hard workers

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was top notch. The rooms need updated badly. The hot tub needed vacuumed. The furniture in the room was worn badly. The climate control was not operating very well.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady working breakfast was working very hard to keep things going and the food out, and the tables clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Would stay here again!

It was great

One of the few places left with a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi in Evansville my kids loved it we plan to return soon.
