Great stay !

Rooms are comfortable and very clean and well decorated. The shower was particularly excellent! Location is very good and the staff is very kind and attentive.

I’ll keep it simple. Bugs in the bed under pillows where my kids slept. Yellow and red stains on the sheets absolutely disgusting. Went to front desk to complain about this and was told a manager would call me. Never called. Then to top it off. They charged 344.75 when the final amount I owed was 57 dollars. Never had this happens in over 10 years booking through your site.

Great property - BUT, staffing was too light - long lines for drinks and food - the food variety is lacking - needs to be broader - and there needs to be VIP type service on the beach - it would take 1-2 hours to get a drink - it was kind of terrible - the beach is fantastic - and the property has so much promise -

Other then the location and the beach, I was very disappointed, room was never clean properly, and kind dated too and stuff not very friendly, it was my first time there and probably the last, definitely not worth $740 a night I was hit by the hotel umbrella in my face had to go to the emergency room and nobody from hotel never ask me how I was or bother care about know how I was and day after that at My check out they didn’t even ask me how was my staying or if I like it.

The beach and pool make the property and we love it and it was relaxing. We stayed behind the property that had single rooms the view of the parking lot not great, it was quiet. Did seem like there had been water damage but was clean. The only issue is that other guests a few doors down were constantly smoking marajuana and made sitting outside unenjoyable. Food was limited but everyone found something.

Dead bird outside window, blood on sheets, shower curtain dirty, bed squeeked, bathroom floor not cleaned. Spoke with staff (Jay) and was told Id get call back, never got a call back. Ketchup dried up on elevator door entire duration of stay.

Great place for kids. My grandchildren had an awesome time

Good location, nice outdoor amenities. Need renovation in the hallways. The food and beverages are of average quality but come at a high price point.

I booked a king suite, and it was ocean view but it was just a partial ocean view. I told the front desk but they said if you want an oceanfront suite then you can book that instead. I told them that’s fine, but they should not market their king suite as ocean view because it is absolutely not an ocean view. You had to go to the bedroom window at the absolute corner to see ocean view. This was very unfortunate

We go every year , it’s a beautiful place right on the ocean .
