They ran out of breakfast foods. On our first day we had to move to another room because our tv didn't work our next room the refrigerator leaked all over the floor. We definitely wont be back

Horrible service, we had gotten to our room and saw that it was not as pictured, there was a big gap between the door and the door frame which let you hear everything downstairs. The front desk person Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional. When we went to ask to switch rooms he was sitting on the couch on his phone and had an attitude. We did not stay at the hotel at all and gave Jack our keys to the room to check out and he threw them on the desk. We have been trying to contact a manager for the past 3 days and they have refused to let us know her name and she has not once given us a call when she has been in and promised to give us a call. Highly recommended staying at the other Country Inn that is 10 minutes away, much friendlier staff and better rooms. This hotel is not worth the hassle and money at all.

The front desk “dude” was rude and not very accommodating. He called to my room after I was already in bed to sign something and called back 5 minutes later to cancel because he apparently did not review my reservation. The heating unit in the room sounded like someone was banging on pipes all night. Room was too close to the ice machine, which was used throughout the night. I will not return to this property.

This property was horrible there was no management, still havent been refunded for leaving a day early! Door keys didnt work right, doors never shut all the way, was super rude to my Autistic children, elevator didnt work right and was super dirty and breakfast was horrible!

The property, room, and parking were fantastic. Our only less than excellent experience was with the front desk employee. He did the job, but wasn't friendly or helpful. He acted like we were inconveniencing him when we had simple questions like where our rooms were located.

Elevator was broken. Drinks vending machine broken. Requested a 1st floor room when we arrived because I had foot surgery and was on crutches. Only rooms available were on 2nd floor. Had to hobble up the stairs which was difficult with crutches. Thankfully the 2nd night of our 3 night stay we were moved to a 1st floor room. That room had only 1 garbage can and the bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest.

When we checked in, the kid at the front desk was very disengaged. Asked for my ID and then just gave me the room keys and my id and walked away, he didn’t tell us what room we were in or where to go. He didn’t tell use about amenities like when breakfast was served or where it was located.

The hotel has one elevator that was out of service the whole time we were there. I’ve recently had a knee replacement so that was a terrible imposition. The shower was huge but had no shelves or towel bars. I had to put my toiletries on the floor while using the shower. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were terrible. I received a text stating that they would provide housekeeping unless you told them otherwise, but they never refreshed our room.
