Staff was very accommodating. Great place to stay for a good price..will stay in the future for sure

It was nice experience being at this property.

Our room was very run down. There were holes in the curtains. Stains on the couch and on the wall art. The shower made a high pitched sound as we showered. I needed to do some work and wanted to plug in my laptop and the plugs by the desk did not work. I was very disappointed especially since I selected this place based on the high rating that this hotel had on Expedia.

The heather system need an upgrade there was 5 decrees outside and we struggled to stay warm all night

Staff was GREAT some other guests were a bit bothersome! House was well kept but some rough housing by children.

We got there a little early, was told our room was ready it was a little after 1 but if we checked in before 3 it would be a early check in fee, I was not happy with that so we left and came back, will not stay there again

It was nice to have a free breakfast buffet. Good food options for the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. My only downside is the small restaurant menu. However there are 2 restaurants a few hundred feet away and lots of options for Door Dash as well.

The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good and the pool was very warm and not cold like most pools when you first enter. I like warm pools and this pool had great temperature especially in the winter and my kids enjoyed themselves as well.

Proximity to the conference I attended

Shower barely worked and the pool area was freezing water kinda had a film. Not very impressed people were nice enough just not what I expected from a Hyatt.

Everything was truly wonderful, and honestly, this is just who I am. The cleaning staff should ensure that the light switches are properly cleaned, as they appeared to need attention. Alternatively, providing sanitary wipes in each room upon check-in would allow guests to clean surfaces themselves if desired. We went to retrieve sheets for the pull-out bed and found none, so we had to strip the main bed and use those sheets instead.

Excellent service and better rooms. It is a highly recommended place to stay near Chicago and/or on the way to the Midwest.
