I hadn't stayed in a HOJO for decades. The property was perfectly fine. Nothing special, but the room was clean, the AC worked, and I slept fine.

Breakfast was EXCLUSIVELY sugar and starch - the only fresh material was milk. As a diabetic I couldn’t eat ANY of the food. Host was polite and kind, room was comfy and suitable.

Very clean for an outdated room. Manager was very nice to come over and fix our toilet and accommodating in other ways. Bathroom could use a remodel. When remodeled the fan needs to be separate from the light in the bathroom . Chill noisy .Air conditioning needs to be replaced.

Their key making machine was not working, do they couldn’t make us a key. My wife saw a spider in the room, also when we awoke in the morning, the fridge was leaking all over the floor. It was just a horrible experience.

Staff was unfriendly. Was given wrong wifi password. They wouldn't answer the phone. Had to leave room and go to the office. Frustrating night.

Their key machine for the rooms was not working, so the desk clerk had to unlock everyone's room every time you came back to your room. The sheets and bed spread was probably 40-50 years old (no kidding). No pictures on the walls, etc. The rooms just need to be updated a little bit. And new bedding.

Even though the property is a bit run down, it was very clean and the bed comfortable.

When we arrived they said they had no rooms for us (even though we had a reservation) because their key card machine was broken. They said it had broken that morning, but no one felt it was important to call and tell us this! We arrived at 10PM to check in. We had driven 4 hours and then had no rooms. They offered no assistance and told us everything was booked in town and we would have to drive back an hour to Ogden to get a room. We made the reservation to be close to our son's early morning graduation in Logan at Utah State. It was very upsetting. They even told me that I would have to contact the website that I booked them through to take care of any charges that I had on my credit card. Do not stay here!! It was not clean either and very run down from what little we saw.

It was a non-smoking room. The room smelled so bad of old smoke it was hard to breathe. The room was not very clean. The blankets on the bed were disgusting. The sheets were actually really clean and breathing in the sheets was the only reason we survived the night.

Poor, poor property condition. Unforturnately, far below acceptable standards. No stars. Only a bunch of unhappy emoji faces.

The rooms were decent, furniture looked a bit beat. The bed was clean. Walls a little rough and bathroom door hard to close. The toilet lid was badly scratched. The outsides of the buildings looked rough and the lobby seemed rather dumpy, which did not give a great first impression. It was a decent place for overnight, but not one I would stay for more than one night. Not cozy feeling.

The bed was hard as a rock and I had no hot water or even lukewarm to take a shower. There were no phones to call down to the office to let them know. No answer when called from personal phone. And I have 2 bad knees so I couldn't walk down to the office to tell them.

Understandably, it cost a minimal amount for the night. With that being said, it makes sense to put in the disclaimer, you pay for what you get. Well, that is certainly true with this place. It was very old. The rooms, the beds, towels, walls, paint, flooring, heat, and lights…old. Have you seen the scary movies where the young group of friends find this hotel out in some obscure part of town that seems like it’s miles away from civilization? And they are die. This is the place. Scary. The owners/managers who checked me in spoke two short sentences, “credit card” and “wifi password”. Anyway, the room was super cold as it was not heated until arrival and you turn on the 1970’s wall heater. The bed was so squeaky I hardly slept the 6 hours I reluctantly laid in the bed trying not think about getting assaulted by a precarious passerby. Anway, I got what I asked for. Please folks, don’t stay here. I read a few reviews. I would agree with most. Funky, farty, foreboding, and foul. Do not stay here. I beg of you.

I didn't mind it was out dated, and bit run down. What I do mind is NO HOT WATER AT ALL. AND BUGS! When I woke up in the morning, I noticed small ants all over the end table, I believe they are called sugar ants. I let the water run for a long time to see if it was going to warm up, but no only cold water.

It was clean, bed was not the most comfortable, no ice or soda machine on site that I could see. There was one of each outside the office but were not working. Bathroom was not real accommodating for curling iron. Plug was on the wall by the door.

It was old ugly and dirty. Under beds had never been cleaned. Everything was threadbare. Hated it all.
