Check in process was smooth & quick. Room was clean & comfortable. Easy access to popular restaurants. This was our 2nd year staying there and both trips were great!!

Was a little loud at first but it quiet down after a while parking lot was ruff

Room was very clean. Maybe need a little more light. Could use a chair other then office chair in room.

My friends checked in before me. They were supposed to ask for a room near them. I don't know if this happened. But when I got there, the front desk guy wanted to put me on the second floor. My reservation asked for a first floor room, and I asked to be near my friends. After much push back, I did get a first floor room, in the same building as my friends, but the opposite side. We made it work. The room was clean. The 'frig did rattle a bit when it cycled, but it wasn't too bad. Bring your own breakfast here.

Overal about what I expected - relatively clean. Biggest complaint was the bed - very uncomfortable and the metal frame was very loud

no sidewalk to safely walk anywhere. need to drive for food.

They are doing great at the changes they are making. I was alone and felt safe. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries.

Convenient if you need to walk to the Colesium.

The room was clean. Very close by where i needed to be on Sunday.The staff was nice.

No frills! Decent enough to lay your head down.. no bugs. Liked king bed but not very comfy. Has small frig, no freezer and micro. A/C doesn't work that well and it was really light at nighttime which was very bothersome. Has ice machine. No breakfast. $260+ was ridiculous cost for the room.

No shampoo and such in the room, AC wasn't very comfortable. It was apparent that the room was probably being updated, it wasn't bad, but for the money paid I did expect a little more.

It was ok, nothing fancy, also clean. There was a funny smell , not a bad one but some type of cleaning chemical smell. Parking was good. It's also pet friendly.

The location was good and accessible. the outside of property had dog poop everywhere... from long stay customers I would guess. Room was fair for price.... probably wouldn't stay again if I had other option

Called the front desk at 3am after several hours of people outside the room screaming and yelling and banging on doors, receptionist stated that they were aware and had been doing it for a few weekends and that once her manager wakes up at 6am he would go talk to them. I explained to the receptionist that I had to be up at 5am for work and I would just call the cops if I knew what room they were in. And she just said OKAY and hung up.

Very clean, excellent service for a very affordable price

Look, I know they can't control the weather, but the way they handled the aftermath was terrible. I was there when a micro storm came through. Wind and rain was intense. The room door had a broken seal and was not square, which meant wind and rain came in around the edges. Literally a puddle formed under the door in our room. The power went off soon after which again was out of their control, but there were ZERO emergency lights in walkways, hallways, rooms - anywhere. At no point did anyone come to check on rooms and guests. The power was out all night which led to the inroom fridge melting and causing another puddle. No offers of discount or additional stay offered. I mentioned the puddles and poor door seal and got no response.

Always friendly and clean. We always stay there when we have to make trips to Morgantown. Great price... Great place!

The Jacuzzi room should have everything, no coffee machine, and not enough towels. Other than that it was good.
