Room did not have two beds do we were moved to another room. Then the toilet was missing a bolt so it wobbled. Bathroom was dirty. The sink faucet only would let water come out at full blast power. The television did not work. And the one entrance door was broken.

Moldy ceiling tiles in the hallway. The hallways smell of stale cigarettes, marijuana, and water mold. The ice machines and vending machines are broken. Exterior doors are broken on the north side.

The pool area was fantastic!

The property is in unsatisfactory condition. The pictures on your website are definitely outdated. Just driving up to the property was intimidating. The landscape was unkept and trash in the grass and parking lot. There was only one working ice machine and no stocked vending machines. The carpets really needed a cleaning. Not all light bulbs worked in the room. The air had not been turned on to cool the room. It was a 92-degree day. THE OUTSIDE POOL WAS CLOSED! This time of year, that should be listed. There was an indoor pool...it would have been nice if there were not mold and algae all over the stone area of the pool. Several missing tiles which left sharp areas. The windowsill was disgustingly moldy. There was not a vent in the bathroom. you either suffocated or heated up the whole room. The only positive thing...great location for our needs. I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this property was a bit of a disappointment.

Dirty! Mold! Smells of strong marijuana! Horrible condition. We left to find another hotel.

It was unkempt, all garden beds full of weeds 2-3 feet tall, no pool towels available. Charged an additional 50.00 upon arrival in case we caused damage like smoking. We don’t smoke! Room wasn’t very clean. Carpet in halls torn and dirty. Walls in room dinged and needed repair. If it hadn’t been a nonrefundable reservation, we would have cancelled and gone to a better location.

Beyond filthy, stains all over the carpets, horrible smells inside and outside of the room (mostly smoke and weed). No shower curtain, avoid at all costs.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. However the quality of the motel has gone down. Hopefully they do a big update on the facility.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is nothing like what’s advertised. It is, without question, the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Check-in was fine—quick and easy, friendly. Everything went downhill fast. As soon as we entered our section of the building, the smell hit us and never left. It’s embedded in my nose at this point. The carpets are filthy, the wallpaper is peeling, an exit sign is hanging out of the ceiling, and there are mold and water stains all over the floors and ceilings. Our room smelled just as bad. The electrical outlet and light switch were falling out of the wall. The shower was nasty, and the bathroom was barely big enough to stand in. The outdoor pool? Drained. The whole area was overgrown and filled with debris—unusable. The indoor pool was no better: cracked and broken tiles on the stairs, tile from the side of the pool lying at the bottom, and clumps of hair floating around. The pool door doesn’t even shut—it’s completely misaligned, leaving a visible gap. Same with the exterior hall door: no lock. Even our room door didn’t close properly on its own. We checked out shortly after arriving, and the same front desk worker who had greeted us smiling earlier wouldn’t even look at me. She had an unpleasant attitude and didn’t ask what was wrong. Refunded check-in fee but not room bc I used Expedia. This hotel is unsafe, unsanitary, and nothing like advertised. Do not stay here.

Nice hotel. Lobby pool and front of hotel nice. Rooms are comfy but a little outdated.

Our bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was hair everywhere and there was a brown sticky substance all over the bathroom door.

The past 2 times I have been here the staff member in the morning is super rude. The first time I stayed she was yelling at kids that accidentally over filled the waffle maker. The second time she refused me my breakfast to go because I had socks on and not shoes. I’ve stayed here 6-8 times a year for the past 8-10 years and this was my last because I can’t with her. To add on to this the a lady slipped on the pool steps because it’s not maintained and cut her foot on a piece of broken tile and was bleeding everywhere. Sad how this place went from being great to now they don’t care and don’t maintain the property. Do not stay here.

We come for the pool frequently

The room was dirty, looked as if it hadnt been vacuumed or mopped in days. Bathroom was very dirty, black stuff in the sink, tub and floor. Back of toilet hadnt been cleaned and had dirt and pubic hair on it. The heat/air conditioner was filthy had several dead bugs and dirt in the part that puts out the air. Mold on one of the walls and floor in the room. I have several pics but it wont let me upload them.
