This place is low-key by has a great sauna pool and a hot tub to unwind. The breakfast was actually all cooked in the house so it actually tasted great. Overall happy with our stay.

Very friendly staff and good service. Convenient and quiet location close to downtown. Complementary breakfast is very good.

It’s an average hotel- it’s old, there will people sleeping out on the sidewalks just off of the hotel property and there were some really loud and rude other guests on the floor above us. The hotel was clean and front desk staff were pleasant

I just stayed at Crystal Inn Hotel and Suites downtown for the 8th time. It's a great place. The beds are really comfortable. My son loved the pool.

We stayed here for three nights for a family trip. The hotel is in a good location with excellent service and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Quick. Polite. Clean. Good breakfast

WiFi and A/C does not work. We were there for three days and all three days the WiFi was terrible and A/C stopped working at night.

Ice breakfast, suite, small gym and pool. No room key was made available to us until late at night.

Overall a good stay, though our bathtub was clogged when we arrived and they shut off the water in the middle of the night for a few hours to make repairs, but it was all remedied in short order and didn't negatively affect or stay. Really good breakfast btw.

Friendly helpful staff, decent breakfast and ideal proximity to downtown. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This seems to be a popular hotel as witnessed by the lines at the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh and plentiful. Although I wish some of these chain hotels would add green tea to their offerings. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and furnishings seemed new except for the mattresses which were lopsided and lumpy.

Hotel was clean but I’m not

We stayed in this hotel for the second time and had another pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. It is convenient to the airport, which helped us make our morning flight.
