I like having two bedrooms. I did not like how dated the kitchen was and how dirty the refrigerator was. Also, I reported three times that the light in the kitchen and closet was not working. The remote in the king room and living room wasn’t working. The elevators took a very long time. All that being said, my stay was less than satisfactory.

The staff was AMAZING!!! The room was spacious and adequate. Great walking distance to downtown. Quiet and safe area. Only negative was the roof top pool is out of service and the elevator was soooo slow😑

It was amazing!! Room was like an apartment and so much room. Will definitely be back. Wish the prices to park would be a little less or just included in the room price. Other than that we loved it.

Great area and historic hotel. But staff is not welcoming and definitely need training. Also, 1 elevator did not work (no signs) and second elevator had issues too. Cable TV did not work either, but staff made it right gave us $50 credit. Breakfast part was a big scam though. I had it a prepaid in my stay through Expedia but recieved $300+ bill later, appearently it only covers $35 per room, which was never been communicated. Nonsense!! but Expedia made it right and after 30+ min call reimbursed it.

It was a mistake to have failed to have a sign in front of the elevator that was not working. The sole elevator that WAS WORKING was so slow that many on lower floors p

Extraordinary.

Elevator broken, no room service, no one answered at front desk called for a good 30 mins. Kitchen had a weird smell, humidity and mold kind of, bar staff were awsome and polite.

Good hotel, great location. Rooms are large, kitchen could've been better furnished and updated. Wifi was fast.

This is our second time staying here, and we are just as happy as the first time. The staff were always friendly and helpful, location is great, and rooms were very clean. Although the room lay out could be awkward and a little dated, The hotel itself is beautiful and grand. We had breakfast at the Livingston, and it was excellent.

The staff is attentive and professional and this is a great location in the heart of downtown. It is, however, very much in need of repairs and updating. My sink needed to be reset because it was literally leaning out of the wall at an angle so my toiletries would slide from the back of the sink into the basin. The carpet was frayed and, in one spot near the bathroom door, there was an exposed carpet nail, pointy side up. The bed was pretty old and worn as was the pillows and bedding. I did appreciate the spaciousness of the suite and how quiet it was.

This was our 2nd time stating at the property even though it was an overnight stay it was comfortable & quiet. The 3-star rating was because we were not notified of a street festival taking place the day of our check-in. Which did not allow us to drive up to check-in on time nor valet our car. We did not gain access to almost 10 that night.

I was charged for parking without being told I would be charged. Also I paid for a suite. The tv in the living room was old, and zero reception. This is by no means a 4 star hotel

Great stay. The room was perfect. Spacious, and very clean. I was only there for 1 night so I didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but it was nice to have it though. The staff was friendly as well. We were staying here for a show at the Fox Theater across the street. This was my first time staying here, but it won't be my last.
