Three blocks away from the metro , two blocks from a shopping center, girl in front desk was a bit rude , but staff from restaurant was awesome . A bottle of water would be much appreciated in rooms , they can do better with toilet paper quality , no refill available in room , beds were fine.

Above and beyond hotel staff. Highly recommended hotel and location for English speaking visitors.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful

My flight got delayed and I go into the hotel late night. The receptionist Andres was so kind helped me check in very fast so I could get some time to sleep since I had an early flight. Will be back to this hotel for sure.

The location was excellent, you have access to everything, taxis, shopping around, restaurants. Staff very friendly! I recommend it!

While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was a major disappointment. It looked different from the photos advertised online, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room directly above the kitchen. Starting around 6am each morning, the entire room would fill with the overpowering smell of fried food—it was honestly nauseating and made it hard to sleep in. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Overall, not worth the cost given the poor room experience.

Excelente servicio y atención. Tuvimos problemas al ajustarnos a la altura en Bogotá y el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento. La localización es genial, está justo frente al centro comercial Andino, en el corazón de la Zona T con muchos restaurantes a su alrededor. Lo no tan bueno, las habitaciones no están bien aisladas para el ruido y se escucha todo. El aire de la habitación tenía olor a polvo y humedad (tuvimos que pedir que lo limpiaron). Genial localización, atención y comida. El sonido exterior no era ideal.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, buena atención, nos tocó un cuarto con el baño dañado desde que nos dieron la habitación, al final nos cambiaron a otra. El desayuno está bien.
