Very beautiful clean accommodation spacious and staff friendly. Only thing is I ordered extra towel and they never delivered

Mark and all the staff at the front desk were exceptional. The property is clean, attractive, business class. The dining room staff was so-so, food ok. There was not a huge value for the money, but no complaints as Mark accommodated me without a complaint during a busy time when I showed up a day early.

Eveything was fantastic. The staff, the hotel, the room everything! No complaints.

Lovely hotel. Had some issues with a whistling window but staff were prompt to assist. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean and great staff

The room was so small and noise traveled from room to room. We asked for pillows and an extra blanket for the sofa bed as their was nothing for it and it was a long wait to get a pillow. Then we had to call down four times to ask for extra towels, as we were staying two nights, three people and we were only given two towels in total. Our first call we waited an hour then just ended up going to bed, three more calls the following day and we finally got the towels. We had very noisy neighbors who let their children hang out in the hallway and run back and forth to one another’s rooms and play in the stairwell. We were later getting back to the hotel Saturday night, and their was no parking for guests but a whole section of the parking lot was blocked off, for no reason and had approximately 6 empty spots. Front desk staff were less then helpful during our stay.

Great stay, nice place, good price.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Bathroom was well appointed. Had small, but adequate gym. We did not use indoor pool, but it looked nice and clean. Would stay again

Great location overlooking the harbour. Easy finding, parking and navigating. Bright, clean and spacious rooms. Fantastic staff!

Wasana at front desk was fantastic. She went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and welcome.

The hotel is beautiful - overlooks the bay. The pool was very nice, however the jets on the hot tub didn’t work. Our lunch and dinner were awful. My friend had to send her dinner back, it was so awful. Her lunch wasn’t great either. I had a great salad at lunch. The seafood chowder I had for dinner, was mostly potatoes with a little wee bit of seafood. It tasted like a canned soup. Need a new chef! The breakfast brunch the next morning was very good.

This was a very comfortable hotel with good amentities. A few things in the room needed repair, the coffee maker, a drawer was broken and the cover for the fan was broken. It was a very safe and quiet hotel.
