The Hotel was great, especially thanks to Mr. Fatih, helped a lot. Location is perfect, one of the best neighbourhood called Montmartre. Peacefull, silent, 2 mins walk to metro, 10 mins walk to trains, 30 mins walk to Louvre Museum area. There is nice restaurants and markets nearby. Hotel has a great balcony that we were looking for, French baroq style decorations, we felt like in a real French Estate, they freely upgraded our room, thanks again, the other room doesnt have balcony, but upgraded one had. Street view balcony, and cozy stay. Room was average size, toilet and bath was ok, shampoo and soap available. Room also has a fridge. Last day even they helped us by bringing a weight scale for our luggages. And at the lobby offering free esspresso was also great for start the day. Apart from them, cleaning was ok, room temprature is fine despite outside was 5 celcius There isnt any disposable flip-flaps in room, also no water heater. We had our own water heater and flip-flaps so doesnt bother us. Generally for a 3 star hotel, it was very good, next time we can reserve here again

Don't do it! We made a mistake booking last minute without reading any reviews. Upon walking in we realized it was BAD. Very outdated, dark, cheap doors, creepy hallways, outlets falling off the wall, very small rooms, felt dirty. They refused to refund two days of stay, we saw people fighting for their money and it seemed common that they would involve the police. I recommend you stay away. It's not worth it and is definitely heavily overpriced! Don't say we didn't warn ya!

In a great neighborhood

Horrible hotel I should leave from beginning like I did see someone did but I already booked some tours if you book this hotel think 5 times

Es un buen hotel, pero más bien modesto. El personal de recepción es muy amable y colaborador. El desayuno es básico pero aguanta. Para pasar una noche, no está mal.

Horrible stay The staff was rude, and incompetent in dealing with concerns or issues. Rooms -Dirty, hot, no AC, dingy, noisy, and broken Bathroom - Broken hooks on all walls - Clogged shower (after they fixed it, they left all the residue from the clogged drain in our trash, making it smell) - Shower head was cut, so water went everywhere (staff not willing to fix it) Hotel overall - Manager is never there - The staff doesn't know when the manager arrives, nor are willing to call to solve clients' issues. - The staff doesn't note the issues that are mentioned to them. - The staff told us the manager will call us, it has been 5 days and nothing. - NOT APOLOGETIC NOR COURTEOUS

very friendly staff, but much too noisy and on the 4th floor too hot; door handle of bathroom brocken, toilet door jammed, loose parts in the elevator, minibar not cold, no space for 3 people to sit at the table

I am an American and used to new and shiny. That said Paris is an old city and buildings are just that old. What I will say that, it was clean and tidy. We had one day when our room was not cleaned. They compensated us with breakfast. The receptionist and right now cannot think of the stylish woman's name. I will say she was soooo helpful! She (fellow Scorpian) called transportation for us and made sure like we were family that it all went well. For her, and her generous and kind spirit I would go back to the Hotel Regence.

Good emplacement in the middle of markets, banks and stores

Nice staff, good area if you like to walk.The metro was close by and easy to use. The room was small which is okay, but the carpet was dirty as well as gouge marks on the wall. Needs a bit of a facelift and good point! It does have a lift!

It was very hot when we stayed but the noise from outside was unbearable at night with the windows open. Also there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room as advertised. Having said that it’s in a great location and the staff were friendly

The stay at Hotel Regence was a pleasure, they accommodated our needs and helped whenever needed. The cleanliness needs improvement as when attempting to use the toilet scrubber to clean the toilet, I discovered the faeces of the previous guest/s. That’s not to say our room wasn’t in good condition, the room itself was spacious and clean.

Great hotel with fantastic location next to 3 different metro stops. Not far from the main train station and quite few places to visit. Very friendly staff.

Staff atencioso, cortez e muito solicito em todos os meus pedidos de informação. Localização estratégica para ir a pé ao arco do triunfo, champs Elisee, centro de Paris. Hôtel antigo mas com banho quente satisfatório. Arrumação dos quartos sob pedido.
