Very clean and friendly environment.

I booked a balcony room overlooking Lake Superior facing the canal/lighthouses. It was perfect. The room could not have been more perfect and peaceful. I fell asleep with the balcony door open listening to the waves come in. 💕

Very clean in all areas.Friendly staff was continually cleaning and restocking an excellent free breakfast in the AM. Patio was great for coffee and people watching. Pool/hot tub open late very appreciated. Free papers, coffee, water, and Nespresso pods in room also very nice!

Nice room, clean. Inconveniently located...midway between elevators...and expensive for the size / location of the room.

Always a perfect place to stay while visiting canal park and the Duluth area. We’ve been here 3-4 times over the years and we love it! Wonderful breakfast!

The property was lovely. My granddaughters had a wonderful time going on the nightly walks. They loved the balcony facing the water and being able to see the big boats go in and out.

Our heater/air conditioner could not be used in the bedroom area as the smell it gave out was just terrible

Was a great weekend away

The room I had booked smelled really gross when we arrived. . And the rude receptionist we told about it did nothing to help and raised her voice at us . Ended up changing our suite for a standard room. That turned out only ok . Had hair in the tub and had not been vacuumed well . The manager was kind took $50 off our bill and understood why we canceled our second night. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Great stay

This hotel had a great view. Friendly staff really good. Breakfast variety room was clean and tidy. Only bad thing was there were idiots outside with water balloons at midnight but not the hotel's fault.
