The hotel is located just beside Amsterdam central station, so very convenient for travel to anywhere, including to the airport or intercity. We were provided an "upgrade" from our basic smallest room to a larger room with a wonderful view of the station and river, which was just perfect for our stay since we have 2 large suitcases which would have been challenging. Overall, a perfect end to our Europe trip.

I really like staying in this hotel, it's so close to Amsterdam Central station and to the city center. It's walkable to the city center and to a tram stop. Breakfast is also pretty nice. The only thing that I don't really like is how small the bedroom and bathroom are, although it's understandable given the strategic location. I would stay here again because of the location.

Best spot, in the middle of city center, many famous location nearby and walking distance. Easy to transfer, cause right beside the central station, MRT and Tram. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. You can also easily get your F&B, gifts, souvenirs and others. So many shopping arcade nearby.

The hotel location is perfect. Room is clean, good and worth the price. We took a room for 3 and it 's comfortable enough. Would recommend this hotel for other traveller.

Room was okay, good location as nearby amsterdam centraal station. Would recommend to request for railway view upon check in, altho I have written it during booking, cause my first night they gave me a room with no view:) quite disappointed tho.

The hotel is very neat the station but something I did not expect was the room is so … small and no other facikities beaide free wifi.

The location is quite close to Amsterdam Central Station and Damrak. We stayed 3 days 2 nights but the room wasn't cleaned every day, the lights went out all day and there was no back up generator.

Location is superb! Next to Amsterdam Central Station which connects you to everywhere in the city, country side (zaanse schans, volendam, harlem, hague many more) and internationally. Opposite the bridge in front of the hotel is a short way to dam square and city centre. Room is basic but comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly. Luggage store is available. Lobby is hipster concept with take away bar. Comfortable to leisure at the waiting lounge. Amazing hotel. Highly recommended

The location is right next to Amaterdam Centrale, not far to Dam Square and can easily be reached by other places by metro or bus from Amsterdam Centrale Station.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Service was horrible. I phoned to ask if it's still possible to put in laundry and was told that it could be done the next day. Great, then I went down to give the laundry and once again told that it was possible to be done by the next day. Two different people told me the same thing. Next day I asked for the laundry and was told (very rudely, not at all apologetic) that because it's weekend laundry would be done on Monday. Okay then spare me the lecturing (he kept repeating the same thing over and over again with the same condescending tone) and just give me the laundry. I took the bag and left quickly. Would never stay here again considering the very steep price and rude staff. Room was substandard but still okay, I just couldn't stand that one rude staff.
