The property is pretty centrally located, if you want to be near to downtown, and is well maintained.

Staff were not welcoming or rude, just indifferent. Rooms were very loud. Can hear everyone clearly in hallway and above you. Paid extra for riverside view that faced an old pool that was getting renovated. Very surprised by ratings but because it was not our experience. Room was clean and updated.

No complaints room was clean and it was quiet

Nice pool area and the property is right on the river walk. The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud in the night for a light sleeper.

Outstanding! High end remodel, nice restaurant with a view, resort style pool area, beautiful setting on the Spokane River. The room was a good size with all new cabinets and new bathroom. Friendly profession staff and an army of cleaning personnel. This hotel is a 10.

Hotel is nice i booked a king and the bed is nice but it was a shared room and you could hear every noise the neighbors made including full conversations

Beautiful hotel!

The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The hotel is long, and that meant my mother had to walk further than she anticipated from the check in counter. It could be a bit of a struggle if you have a bum leg. Next time we’ll ask for a closer room.

Great property right on the river. Easy access to trail and Gonzaga.

Great location with walking trails and close to downtown. Our room was super quiet with a nice view of the river. The pool and play area looked really fun for families.

Hotel was decent and clean, but the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay again.

I love everthing about this hotel...literally! My only complaint would be parking. The restaurant is a hopping place and brings people in, which in turn takes away parking from guests staying at the hotel.

Stay has been excellent and the location is great

We stayed here before it was renovated and upgraded! We really enjoyed the renovation and upgrades. The pool was great and glad it was opened during our stay! The hot tub was nice. We hope in the future they consider putting EV chargers in as we travelled from Canada and had limited charging in the area.
