Easy access for Parking , and a lot of space to park!!!—- also the Room I stayed in was big and a cute triangular shape..

Loved our stay. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Only complaint is the late check in time. Happy with the front desk who got us in a little early as our flight brought us to town really early.

Has car chargers but very little recycling of plastic, paper and cans in rooms or lobby. Rooms are a bit tired, getting close to renovation time.

We stayed at the Red Lion for a baseball tournament. I prepaid for our room on expedia. Upon check in

Only had feather pillows. My wife is allergic to them. Had to go to Wal-Mart & buy our own pillows.

Super long walk for breakfast near the casino.

Have stayed here several times & love the location. I am a walker so it was downtown Kalispell, so I was able to get my walking in

Our bathtub didn’t drain, the floor needed a good carpet cleaning, there were crumbs on the bed when we first entered the room, there were no pool towels I had to sit at the counter for over 15 minutes and once the staff should up he was cold and rude

This was an absolutely spectacular hotel! Loved everything about it and would highly recommend it!

My room was very nice and clean. The location is downtown which is very convenient. There is shuttle service to the airport, but you must reserve in advance. They are lax in answering the phone, but very nice people at the desk. They provide nice breakfast options.

Property could use a bit more upkeep, especially in the outdoor area. Breakfast was really good.

Breakfast was decent the pool was good; unfortunately, the first night the herd of bison (Montana) in the room above us didn’t go to pasture until 1:30 am.

My daughter & I stayed here Memorial Day weekend. Let me preface this review by saying that EVERYONE was very kind, but our stay ended up being a series of unfortunate events. Checked in, bathroom fan didn't work. The room phone didn't work. At 9:30pm the smoke detector started beeping (low battery). We went down to the lobby to talk to the front desk person, was told that the maintenance man had called out so it would be a bit before someone could come fix it. Went back to room, waited for an hour, no one came. Talked to desk person again was told that it would be 45 minutes or so before someone could come. Offered another room. Had to pack up ALL of our stuff and walk really far to the " new" room. Bathroom light kept burning out. Bed was TERRIBLE. Literally in the shape of a V and creaked like an old farm bunkhouse bed. We both had awful backaches! 1st morning, Jacuzzi didn't work. Same evening, Jacuzzi was SO hot you couldn't even sit in it. Maintenance came to lower the temperature. 2nd morning, we went down for breakfast at 6:30 ( breakfast started at 6), they were completely out of syrup! Ironic that the hotel is situated directly across from a grocery store, and someone could have run over for syrup. There was only popcorn in the "lobby" area in the morning. Never saw any in the afternoon or evening. We should have been offered a full refund, but even though offered a partial refund, unfortunately it wasn't enough to make me want to stay here again, or refer anyone.

I have stayed here now for the third time in three years and it's been great every stay.

The pool was decent, we found it very cold. The hot tub was nice and the sauna was a cool bonus. The pool towels were the size of maybe a hair towel, kind of odd. The first morning we had Breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal, muffins, etc) and the gentleman working breakfast kept everything full, nobody waited for anything. The second morning breakfast was very disappointing. The gal working didn’t keep anything stocked. There was often no coffee, no hot food. The room seemed clean (foreshadowing), beds were okay. No extra blankets in the rooms, also our room was supposed to sleep 5 but it did not (two “queens”). We ended up having to go buy a pool floaty for one of the kids to sleep in because they wouldn’t give us a cot. On the morning of checkout, we’re looking under the beds to make sure we have everything of ours and we found multiple pieces of food garbage that did not belong to us. Pretty disgusting thing to discover as we’re leaving, it made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly…..would we stay here again? Probably, strictly for the price and proximity to downtown. Front desk staff were lovely, checking in and out was a breeze.
