The place was ok staff was ok. The breakfast was a granola bar from Costco and coffee. Coffee you can get in your room. Wyndham needs to set a criteria for the hotel and adjust for improvements.

Very unpleasant visit. I did not feel safe staying there. This is a hotel that probably houses people who receive hotel vouchers. I expressed to the lady working the desk that I didn’t not feel like staying. She directed me to cancel with Expedia. So I tried to do so. The hotel charged me an additional fine and Expedia didn’t refund me anything.

The elevators pretty stinky, very noisy, everytime someone walks by the hallway the bed shakes. the towels are so hard. very low quality place.. I would never go back to this place.

My hotel key constantly went out, and I had to come back twice for my deposit

To many locals living there, noisy at night, drug deals happening on property, and unsafe after dark.

My doors wouldnt engage to lock. Bugs/pests. Dirty blankets (holes and burn marks and stains on white bed sheets) . When i returned my key and asked for a refund they refused. 0 stars. Do not recommend.

We were very disappointed in our stay. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood, and it was very noisy, with loud music and barking dogs late into the night.

They did not have the room I booked online and then tried to charge me the same price for a lesser room.

Property was quiet and safe.

Checked out right away as soon as we checked in. Didn’t even want refund. Too many homeless and shady people hanging out in the area. Did not feel safe at all.

Well if I had a better partner I think my stay would have been much better. But over all I am very satisfied with the whole experience

dirty exterior, police presence on the property, no elevator, I was not offered wifi password, no visible tv changer....loud neighbors yelling at each other...I left a day early.
