Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom floors , dirty shower floor

We had an enjoyable stay.

A one night stay. I’ve been here before and after this experience I won’t be staying again! I requested and paid for an airport facing high level room. We were given and end corridor room with huge tree blocking our view! The WiFi was continually dropping out - you get better in a Super 8!! No milk for the coffee, called reception uninterested so found a cleaner n grabbed a few off her. Pathetic service really for the extortionate fee of staying. Kids running up n down corridors until late evening (2200) - just what’s needed for an early flight! You’ve lost me as a customer.

Great hotel location with the best views, a little loud from the planes but very cool experience. However, i went out to call for a ride to my company dinner and the worker told me he'd ask the shuttle guy to bring me to my dinner since he wasnt business. I thought that was super nice until he told me to..... "show him some love on the way to dinner.... at leasts that is cheaper then paying cash for a ride." Excuse me? So normally this guy gives rides for sexual favors???!!!! Here I thought I booked in a high class hotel. I paid more for then any of the others my coworkers got in the area only to be disappointed an hour into my stay. When the driver dropped me off, he gave me his personal cell number and said to call when i wanted to be picked up. Lets just say I did NOT call for a ride back.

The hotel is really nice in the lobby, however the rooms are not in good condition. Our room had dirty windows, peeling paint on the ceiling and large scratches on the cabinet doors. We were really surprised and disappointed, especially considering the cost of the room.

Nice comfortable room. Clean. The staff was very dry and not that welcoming but I enjoyed the room.

It was great that the restaurant was still open at 1130pm.The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful to get us settled in. It is also very convenient to have a shuttle taking you straight to the departure entrance. It sure took a lot of stress out of our unexpected overnight lay-over.

Excellent service, easy check in, wonderful shuttle service. If you haven’t stayed here, it’s a must.

Very loud for an airport hotel

The food is awful. The rooms are NOT sound proof. You hear every single plane take off throughout the entire building. The rooms ARE wifi proof. The signal for the public wifi works in the lobby, but not the rooms. They expect you to pay $14.99 for wifi in your room. The kitchen staff is rude, slow, and unattentive. They charge you $7 for a water bottle in the micromart. The beds are not comfortable, and the shower is mid. There is no pool I'd recommend staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton which is a few minutes down the street. The rooms are bigger, nicer, and cheaper than this dump. And the Wifi is free. And they have a pool.

It was fine for a one night stay. Large room. Took a while to cool off.

Because I made the reservation at 2am after being stressed by messing so many flights that day. I never saw that check in was 4pm and we needed a room at 2am so I called right back to say I made a mistake with the booking but they wouldn’t listen and never returned by money. So a bad rating for poor customer service and understanding.
