We were shuffled around 4 times before finally given a room. The hallway was full of old clothes, shoes, people's underwear. There was a smell of smoke as well. They were unable to give a discount because I paid on Expedia so all in all a terrible stay and experience.

Sheets were crusty and itchy paid $30 for upgraded room didn’t get it. Not worth the money property and rooms were filthy and very loud

The room was overall clean but small. The evening check in staff were rude and very unfriendly

We had to request for toilet paper and tissue paper on our 2nd day. Despite the fact that we requested for our room to be cleaned, there was no coffee and sugar for the next day.

The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. There was food from the last visitors along the edge of the bed on the floor.

Room was not up to standards. Table was broken. Stains on the wall and curtains, smoked joint on patio and bloody snot on patio railing. Pillow had black stains on them. Not impressed

The area is close to our family.

We arrived fairly late and had to leave early. But then the alarm clock went of in the middle of the night. First we were confused because no one had set the alarm then we got frustrated as we couldn’t get it turned off. Also there was a bad smell in the hotel. From the lobby over the hallway and also the room. It just didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall a stressful night.

We have stayed here often when we travel to edmonton and this stay was by far the worst! Will not be staying again

We were there for 4 night, and house cleaning never came to clean the room

Just couldn’t hook up wifi to my ps5

I reached 12:30 they charged me 50 dollars for early check in

I booked a non smoking room as we do not smoke, but the room we got was smelly definitely was a smoking room before

great value for money - love the red arrow bus depot is on sight for transit connections

I woke up in the middle of the night with itchy welts on my arm and side of face. By morning, the welts were so massive it looked like I was hit hard in those areas. I can only surmise that this was from some kind of bug, likely bed bugs. I don’t think dust mites could cause such massive welts on the skin.
