Not good quality pillows or enough and not enough towels

No hair conditioner; no body lotion; no bar in toilet roll holder; terrible towels, very old, thin, and one was actually grey; sheets and pillows very poor quality; only 3 pillows on a king size bed; blackout curtain had holes in it; bed skirt ill fitting; bed too high, requiring a jump to get in it.

Good for a basic room to stay. It served the purpose that I needed. Clean except the shower curtain had mold on it.

The room was very handicap accessible. Rm 101

Service was good. We changed room 3 times. First room we walked in turn on bathroom light and there was blood on the wall, walked right back out. Front desk clerk took picture and said this was unexceptable. Second room box spring was off bed frame, I hurt my foot on the piece sticking out of bedframe, there was a dirty sock under the bedspread at the end of the bed under the bed spread.I took pictures and showed clerk, sheets and bedspread was filthy and stained. Third room was acceptable but too tired at that point to even care.

Haven’t got my deposit back

It felt dirty. The duvet had stains on them.

The hotel was a little run down inside and out but it was clean.

Yes they tried to assign me a room that just had a mattress on the floor. I complained, the desk person shrugged and said “oh well” I wondered if you would like it, then gave me keys to another room. The next room had a proper bed…with tiny pillows and sheets with holes. The towels were stained as well. I don’t ever plan to return here.

Gas was stolen from the car. Bed was terrible.

I’m not a picky person when it comes to staying just one night. As long as it’s clean and quiet, I’m good. When i approached the parking lot, I noticed the un kept condition of the grounds, grass not cut, weeds everywhere and over grown bushes. Clearly the property owner is not having a professional lawn care team look after the property. You can clearly see that the property is older and is need of some major updates. When entering the room, I was immediately slapped in the face of old smoke and shame, very stale air, un vacuumed, food stains on the floor. The morning coffee was hot and plentiful, so happy about that!

I have stayed here before a few years ago and it was very clean and modern. Not anymore; room was so dirty with smears and smudges on walls, fridge, and actual fecal matter on outside of toilet. So gross, won’t be back.

Was great minus nothing to grab and go for breakfast if checking out a little bit early.

Clean but very old and dated. Small parking spots. Pleasant staff. Good for a one night layover.

No coffee available early morning

Just ok, friendly staff but seemed like a few other people hanging around. Building needs some maintenance.

The bed had bedbugs. I asked for another room but was told it was booked and no other rooms available. I was over charged on my visa and still waiting for it to get fixed. Will not stay again and would not recommend. I will be reporting the bed bug situation to the Sudbury Public Health.
