The hotel is right in town and pretty convenient to everything. We came in from the ferry from Port Hardy, arrived after midnight so took a while to get a taxi to there. The hotel is clean and comfortable enough, and walking distance to everything in the town. Breakfast was included, again adequate to get you going for the day.

One elevator was out of service we’re not aware until registering at the desk. Have stayed at better places for less money Room was clean bed on softer side was up on the 6 th floor top floor Did not use breakfast did not appear all that great so we passed Rear parking lot needs work puddles all over with the rain Friendly staff

Arrived on the ferry from Port Hardy and got to the hotel at around 00:30, room was comfortable, beds good, but to be honest anywhere would have been good to sleep after the long ferry. Breakfast was provided and was reasonable

It was comfortable, the room was clean and staff were friendly. Close to everything we needed!

I was really impressed by the recent renovations. My only issue was the TV and music noise coming from either side of our room. Walls a bit thin. But the 5 am buffet breakfast was so impressive. We were catching the 7:30 am ferry to Port Hardy. Terrific staff on the desk and the breakfast room!

It was the perfect check in, very helpful staff. The hotel is in need of some renovations. There was an awful musty smell in the room when we arrived. Had to leave the sliding glass door open to clear it.

Comfy beds but that's about all. Small, old rooms, very cramped. Dirty ceiling fan in the bathroom and too much bleach used on bedsheets. Not impressed with having to pay for 2 "extra" people even though room slept four. Not worth the money we had pay. Definately will find something better next time.

Breakfast included but items not stocked. No apple juice, orange tasted weak.crowded breakfast room.only one fruit available(oranges) Coffee was warm, not hot. Will not book again due to price.. Only 1 elavator working.

Great stay. Fantastic room.

Dirty. Noisy.

The hotel room was very clean and well kept with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and eager to help you have a positive experience. The only criticism I have is their parking lot with some extremely large potholes!!!!

Easy access to walk and see things

Three star at best.

We actually got in late from the ferry and left mid morning, so not much time spent. Seemed like a bit of a refresh would help.
