Staff was somewhat knowledgeable; during the storm, we were told that the stairwell was the safety plan/place which didn’t seem right since it shared exterior wall. Then there was toothpaste left around the sink from previous tenants. Coffee was okay. Fridge was not conveniently placed. It was okay stay

Old rooms, dirt, they clean once a week, kitchen is a mess. Not really sure if I can recommend this place. They need a full renovation ASAP.

Soo if check in is at 3 and we arrived 2 and a half hours sfter that and we still had to wait on a room ? And it wasnt even the one i booked and paid for on top of i have no received my deposit back from the booking what is going on with that ots been 10 days

Room was fine, but I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but my husband couldn’t use the shower because it was not a walk/roll in. Plenty of safety bars, but he still couldn’t use it. It was frustrating.

Candlewood needs a back up plan when it comes to storm. I do understand the weather is beyond your control. This hotel needs to rethink safety measures and plans in case of a major storms. The lights was off when I made back to the hotel. The lights didn’t come back on until 10 am the next morning. It was cold and when I left to get food I almost fell down the stairs because it was wet and the elevators was not working due to the lights being out. The lady that worked during all of this was nice and polite. She was only doing what she was told and the manger act as if she didnt care. I need to be compensated for this or something. Cause this was horrible!!!!

I found it to have a terrible odor of smoke and a musty smell. The doors to the room did not have a soft closer so they slammed shut. You could hear it down the hall. All in all it was not a good experience.
